Pros:

I cannot begin to tell you what a pleasant experience this was.
Staff was exceptionally I witnessing many unhappy customers checking in as a concert [not associated with the hotel] that night was canceled due to the weather. (Canadian fire smoke)
Sarah Furlo and the staff maintained professionalism.
Thank you for everything.

Large, clean spacious room

Cons:

The room door closer was way too hard to open
I don’t believe that the two adjustment set screws were ever adjusted for the swing and the door close.
I know that is a lot of doors but if they all might be that way!

Overall a nice place to stay staff was friendly.
Pros:

Location was good. The staff was great! I especially liled being greeted every morning when i went to the lobby.

Cons:

The cost of breakfast was too high. I bar closed too early and i think the fitness center needed cleaned better ( making sure there is sanitizing wipes available for equipment)
