I felt like Family!
Pros:

Staff were the best. Called ahead becuase of funeral we were attending. Dre at the front desk made everything so smooth and seamless from check-in, check-out, orientating me to what they had a vailable for my family. Very kind and hellpful, all the staff. Breakfast was good and reasonable. 24 hour pool was great for the kids after a long day. Just a great experience. We had 2 rooms for the whole family.

Cons:

Not much to complain about or say neeeded to be better. Most of the time it is other guest not realizing they are around a bunch of other people. Nothing we couldn't handle on our own. As for the facilities, they were great.

Absolutely perfect!
Pros:

This location was incredible. Checkin was a breeze and the workers were so nice and friendly. The hotel looks and feels brand new, even though I found out that it is 10 years old. Pleasantly surprised! The rooms were modern, clean and welcoming. The beds were perfect and there was ample space for all five of us in our room. The pool and hot tub were perfect! The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of options and everything was great! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. It was a perfect stay.

Great Stay At A Wonderful Hotel in Pocatello
Pros:

Room was larger than expected, very clean hotel, front desk was very attentive and quick to get us our room. We didn't have time to grab breakfast but it looked great.

Cons:

Our shower had slight mold in a couple places but wasn't bad enough I wouldn't stay there.

Pros:

Pros:

Easy access to property

Cons:

We rented a king suite for my family and when we extended the bed out, there were crumbs and a tube from a medicine dropper on the bed.
