El lugar esta agusto para relajarse, no hay gente de administración lo que hace que sientas que estas en tu depa, esta muy limpio y comodo

Cómodas instalaciones pero no había agua caliente :/

En la publicación menciona que incluye desayuno y en el hotel no lo otorgan.

Me fue muy mal el hotel olía a humedad estaba sin iluminación no había agua caliente no servía el internet

Cobraron de mas y me costó trabajo cancelar, la página fue engañosa y me cobró.mas de.lo.que debería, tuve que quejarme al banco para que me regresarán el dinero

Our goal is to have this listing removed from Hotels.com, because it shouldn't be considered legitimate accommodations. We tried to find another option, but it was Christmas time and there were zero other options. We are not picky about our hotels, but a few elements made this almost unbearable: 1) It was SO loud at all hours from barking dogs and crowing roosters, along w/ loud neighbor stereos; 2) Location wasn't great - not walking distance to Sayulita; and 3) We felt unsafe for a number of reasons - there was one window, which had bars that couldn't possibly be removed, so in case of fire you are trapped; the neighborhood was sketchy, and there were no railings anywhere, including a very tall second floor (my father fell when walking from the second to first floors - luckily is ok). Overall, from all of our combined trips, this was at the top of the list of worst rooms ever.

Este hotel tiene buen precio y con lo necesario para una estancia corta.

Clean room, well appointed but a little dated. Price was right when you’re just sleeping there.

Cute little place. The pictures are accurate. The only thing that isn’t really shown in the pictures is the dirt road it is on. It is in a local residential area off the main highway and away from the tourist area. But well kept and the people were friendly. The dirt road is bumpy and we had to park on it as the 2 spaces the Inn had were taken. But we had no problems and felt safe. The little common garden area had a hammock and a few chairs to relax in. There is no reception desk or check in area. We called the number they had given us a few hours before and then someone was waiting there for us with the key. The Wifi never worked while we were there as they said there was an outage in the area. They were friendly when we called to ask about that and apologized for the inconvenience. There is a little Tienda walking distance away from the room but we did have to drive to town/beach as that would be much too far of a walk. We had a rental car but a golf cart rental would be fun.

There is no front desk. We were guided in by phone and met for check in at an appointed time. It is on an unmarked back street and has no sign so locals don;t know where it is. It's a comfortable 15 minute walk to Sayulita centro and the beach. A tienda is almost next door. Kitchen facilities were good but no chairs provided.

It has internet but it was not working during our stay. That was the bummer.

Muy cómodo el estudio tiene una mesa grande de cristal donde pones todas tus cosas y te quedan a la mano. Tiene smart tv y pude ver Netflix comodamente. Tiene minisplit y ventilador. Closet y la señorita que atiende es muy amable y atenta. Muy recomendable y mas por el precio tan accesible.

Todo estuvo bien, solo que la regadera estaba tapada y era un caos a la hora del baňo

Esta un poco alejado del mar pero fue agradable la experiencia y la tranquilidad increible.

Amplio y a buen precio pero en malas condiciones en cuanto a humedad, al menos en la habitación que se me asignó, personal amable.
