Très bon séjour, nous reviendrons.
Pros:

Personnel très souriant, hôtel très bien pensé. Chambre vraiment propre. Petit déjeuner copieux.
Piscine agréable.
Le personnel nous a même fait une petite attention dans la chambre (bonbons et chocolat) puisque nous fêtions notre anniversaire de couple et la future naissance de notre enfant.

Confort idéal pour s'évader le temps d'une fin de semaine.
Pros:

Les enfants ont adoré la piscine. Ma conjointe et moi avons adoré le déjeuner. La chambre était très bien pour tout le monde.

We come to Sherbrooke often and always stay here
Pros:

The breakfast is great but get the omelette that the chef prepares on the spot. The scrambled eggs in the buffet are not as good although people do like them.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything negative to say about this place. .

Pros:

Entire facility was clean and even smelled luxurious.
Room and bedding were super comfortable.
We were able to enjoy the Jacuzzi thanks to the broad opening hours.
Complimentary breakfast with Omelette bar was the icing on the cake.

Hôtel haut de gamme très bien équipé.
Pros:

Accueil courtois, lit confortable, chambre calme très bien équipée et très bon petit-déjeuner en formule buffet.

Cons:

L’image de la télé était de faible définition et l’éclairage dans la salle de bains pourrait être de plus forte intensité.

We had to ask for a new room because first room was partially underground and very dark. The upgrade was better. So happ

The extras: nice towels, bedding and pillows, slippers. Staff was very nice. The breakfast.

Cons:

Elevator was slow. Only one elevator. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Bathroom was exceptionally small.

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und direkt im Haus ist das Restaurant "Boefish" mit sehr gutem Essen. Gute Lage.

Cons:

Am Frühstück gibt es einiges zu verbessern. Angebot, Qualität sowie Atmosphäre. SPA ist nur durchschnittlich und zu teuer für das, was geboten wird

Les matelas étaient mous et déformés sur les côtés
Pour remédier je placerais un fauteuil confortable cela éviterait aux clients de s’assoir sur les lits.
