Hanoi Tokyo Hotel

是一間很安靜衛生得飯店!

This was a great hotel for our trip with quality service. Easy check-in and lots of selection for the breakfast.

プール、ジャグジー、サウナは、行く人がいるときだけ、前もって動かすシステムのようです。突然行ってもサウナなどは電源が入っていません。
スタッフはみな親切で、清潔さも問題ありませんでした。朝食もおいしかった。
欲を言えば、浴室のシャンプーのほかにコンディショナーが欲しかった。あと、バスタブのデザインの問題だと思いますが、普通にシャワーを浴びていても、外に水が漏れる仕様になっていました。

everything was great. There’s only one minor complaint which is the cleaning ladies were quite loud in the morning. I could hear them talk while in the room.

清潔感も有り、朝食も美味しかったです。
スタッフの方々も概ね親切でした。

This was the BEST stay on our trip!!!!! For backpackers or families, or anyone wanting to stop in a comfortable, welcoming, clean and perfect hotel, this is it!!! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless (Son and Ahn - 2 of the staff at the front desk). If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would!

It’s a great stay, The whole staff is dedicated to keep us comfortable. Very attentive and supportive, coordinated our travel even including reasonable taxis as and when required. Should mention the leader behind the scene was Mr Son. The breakfast also a very good one
We will come back again.

スタッフの対応最高、朝食メニュー豊富、エレベーター乗り換えて浴場とサウナが有ります。ホテルから空港アクセスバス停まで4～5分の近さ。

一通りの施設が揃っており、いつもとても気持ちよく利用させて頂いています。次回以降のベトナム訪問でも利用したいと思います。

朝食は、洋式で統一していてもいいと思った。

ホテルは空港からミニバスで終点で降りて徒歩5分の
ところにあります。日本人経営のホテルなので、トイレはウォシュレットです。地下3階に風呂があります。
ベッドは大きいので、角に当たらないよう注意が必要ですが、ホテル側でシーツを外側まで移動させる配慮が必要かと思います。

大浴場が地下にあり、女性のお風呂に鍵もなくセキュリティーにはちょっと不安でした。

I stayed at this place twice for every time I travel to Hanoi. Location is good, close to the city central yet situated on a quiet block.
Check in was very quick, I got to my room in less than 5 mins upon arrival both time.
The room was clean and tidy. I like the minimal and elegant interior with a hint of Japanese style in it. Amenities were all in standard of what I expect in a good hotel at this rate.
Did not use any service but the receptionists were all friendly and efficient in service.
This place is casually being my go-to place for a room whenever I come to Hanoi.

フロントでは，日本語対応が可能な場合もありました。英語は常時問題ありません。
ビュッフェスタイルの朝食も，メニューが充実しており，美味しかったです。卵メニューは，その場で調理してくれました。
部屋はゆったりとしており，寛げました。
地下の大浴場もゆったりと寛げました。
ホテル周辺は旧市街付近ということもあり雑然としてましたが，治安の問題は無いように感じました。

忙しくて洗濯してる暇がないからランドリーサービスを利用したのに36時間たってもできておらず、結局必要な時に使えなかったのに費用はきっちり請求されました。

それと日本のビジネスホテルなのに朝食に日本食がないし、使うことはもう無いです。

Japanese style room. it's comfort

8/10～8/12(エクスペディア以外の手配)と8/16(エクスペディア手配)の２回泊まったが、設備、清潔度は問題ないが、両方ともバスタブの排水がとても悪かった。シャワーを浴びているだけで、どんどん水が溜まってしまい。何度も湯を止めて、排水されるのを待たなければならなかった。
洗面台の排水は問題なし。
ホアンキエム湖から徒歩７～８分の便利な場所であり、各国の大使館や、国の役所なども近くにあり、治安も良いと思う。
