Pros:

The staff were all very kind and were very attentive. I had been looking at this property for quite some time as I usually stay at the larger chain facilities in Danang. I thought the property and suite were quite cute and the location was close to one of my favorite restaurants madame Lan. There were some slight drawbacks.. The hot water in the shower consistently lasted no more than 5 minutes, the French doors would not lock out to my balcony area and the closet safe malfunctioned twice causing me to have the manager come up twice to fix it. (At a very late hour) I will say I really enjoyed the staff and they were very very sweet and attentive. Because of this alone I will consider going back for one or two nights again to give them another shot. Super lovely people.

忘れ物を直ぐに捨てるホテル
Pros:

2度目の宿泊でした。　今回不運にも、忘れ物をしてしまいました。　次の日から連絡を入れていましたが、登録の電話番号にいくら電話してもつながらない。　スタッフに忘れ物を聞きに行ってもらったら、『もう捨てた』。　通常のまともなホテルであれば、数なくとも2～3日はとっておくのが常識です。
ホテル運営そのものに問題があると思います。
オンラインで登録されている電話番号に通じなければ、緊急の時はどうするのでしょうか？
そんなホテルだから、人の忘れ物も平気で捨てるのでしょうね。
二度と泊まりません。

Superbe boutique Hotel de Da Nang, situe à coté du centre villet (5mn en voiture)
tres belle chambre, personnel toujours à l ecoute et d une tres grande gentillesse.

朝食の隙にハウスキーピング
Pros:

朝食をとって戻ったら、すでにハウスキーピングが入っていました。まだ、シャワーを浴びてなく、誰かがはいる心構えもないのに入室されたので不快でした。。
それを伝えると、カードキーをさしておけとのことでした。そんなものなのでしょうか。

Pros:

地方不大，但相當有特色，員工態度友善，只是房間不太大，早餐款式不多早餐款式不多，但味道好。露台景色不錯，種有玫瑰花，頗有歐陸風情

this is basically a local ppl place ... hardly anybody speaks English ...
most of the rooms doesn't have windows ... really sad ... it was a big mistake to book the place
