Pros:

Location was fantastic. Just half a block from the underground entrance to Tokyo Station. Room was more spacious than other rooms we stayed during our vacation.

They way they store your luggage was also very convenient -- you locked it up yourself so you didn't have to wait for waitstaff.

Would definitely return if the price is good.

Cons:

Automated machines for check-in was confusing after a long day.

Pros:

Location - it is just a block from Tokyo station and other 2 stations. Very convenient especially if you will travel by Shinkansen

The location is excellent. About a 5 to 10-minute walk to the nearest train exit. The coffee, which you can get from reception, was also excellent.

Proximity to the Tokyo main train station is an excellent feature if you need it.
We stayed one night. Clean, easy check-in and check out. Gave us softer pillows when requested. We were allowed to leave our luggage in a secure locker after check out, free of charge. Very thankful 🙏🏼Respectful staff.

Cons:

Our room was tiny, the bathroom even tinier. It was OK for a night but I wouldn't want to stay longer. It was also overpriced for what it is. Though, we stayed on a Saturday, so that may have contributed to the high price. A bottle of water in the room would have been a nice touch.
