素晴らしい！
Pros:

清潔で立地もよく、スタッフさんも丁寧にご対応いただきました。YouTubeやネットフリックスも自分の端末からログインしテレビで観れるのも嬉しかったです。

Cons:

とくにありません。
少しお風呂は狭いですが、清潔感があり、使いやすかったです。

An uncomfortable stay close to Tokyo Station
Pros:

It was close to Tokyo Station which meant easy access to transportation to get to the airport. Free luggage storage prior to our check in time.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The basin tap and shower head were connected to the same water source which means if one person is in the shower another person cannot use the sink at the same time (frustrating when two people are trying to get ready at the same time). The price of the hotel was expensive and not as good value as our stay two weeks prior in another hotel in Tokyo (Shinjuku area). The room was small (as expected and about the same size as previous Tokyo accommodation).
