Excellent location.
Pros:

The property was so close to Tokyo Station. It made it easy to get on the subway.

For a quick, one-night stay, this property worked for us location-wise.
Pros:

The location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we loved that we could self-store our luggage on our check-out day at no additional cost.

Cons:

For the cost of the room, we were disappointed that the breakfast was going to cost an additional 3,000jpy per person. So we passed on the breakfast.

Keio Presso Inn - good clean hotel in excellent location
Pros:

Fantastic location, close to Tokyo Station and walkable to the Metro and Ginza. Nice clean room, lovely breakfast, good facilities like washing machines and microwaves provided on a couple of floors. The room was well equipped with everything we needed, and we had daily towel changes and bins emptied. Free luggage storage if you arrive early /leave late.

Cons:

Nothing - we were very happy with this hotel.
