Really comfortable enjoyable stay
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Blue sand. Every single staff member I met was lovely. Amazing breakfast, way more food than anyone could eat.
Just really quiet and comfortable.

Trotz sehr gutem Restaurant werden wir das Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Das Strandrestaurant war schön mit einem sehr guten Essen. Dort gab es auch ein tolles Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Außenanlagen im Garten war katastrophal. Fast überall lag Schrott.

Great hotel on great location with beachbeds and shade
Pros:

Location was perfect on the beach. Beachbeds with umbrellas. Room was clean, bed good,shower, good ac, wifi , staff very friendly. Breakfast looking out over the see. Breakfast was big, coffee or tea, eggs the way you like with beans, tomatoes, sausages, patatoes, toast butter jam and all kind of pastries. Sri Lankan cocosbread with chutney and a dessert choice of pancakes or waterbuffelo yogurt with honey. The restaurant also serves a great curry rice. Good cocktail at night like a killer negroni.

Cons:

The price of espresso/ latte/cappuccino is way to high. Allthough the coffee is good 1600 roepies a cup is ridiculous. Close to Fernandos(?) bar is a restaurant cafe on the 18th serving those coffees for 700

Lovely stay, incredible staff, immaculate location.
Pros:

The people are incredibly lovely. The staff are so hospitable. And what a location. You can’t get better access to the beach and the beachfront than this.

Cons:

Everything was truly lovely. I’d say maybe having thicker blankets would be helpful in the rooms, as the nights can occasionally get cold.

Great stay
Pros:

The staff here from reception to catering were absolutely amazing, helps if many ways to make sure our stay was memorable.
Great location on the beach

Cons:

Rooms slightly dated but still nice and location was so good that didn't spend much time there .

A good stay - they have potential to be better
Pros:

Its a good stay, you have the beach right there and a bar during the day for snacks and drinks.
Rooms are OK, nothing special, but comfortable enough.
Stuff was friendly, they just need a better system - who handles the invoices, who does sth else.
Breakfast was rich, self service. Once they clean the area around the hotel, put some extra plants, some benches, it will have a much better look.

Cons:

They should put some more efford in the external area (create a richer garden, more plants)- and remove the trash, I am sure it will happen in time.

Pros:

De locatie aan het water is fantastisch! De medewerkers staan altijd klaar om te helpen. Ontbijt was erg goed.

Cons:

Er waren niet altijd bedjes beschikbaar bij het water. Wij hebben van de 3 dagen, 1 dag een goed bedje kunnen gebruiken.
De kamer is klein en donker. Voor de prijs hadden we hier meer van verwacht.

Hugely overpriced
Pros:

Beachfront breakfast in restaurant. Very spacious family room. Staff friendly and kind. Property close to beach.

Cons:

Bad smell in bathroom - came back a few hours after housekeeping cleaned drain. No sea views. Price point way out compared to other properties for facilities, accomodation, food and service. Reliant on high season and availability to justify prices. Had it been 1/2 to 3/4 of paid that would be appropriate for quality and my review would have been very different. At this price much more expected.

Spędziliśmy tam 2 noce po locie i wypoczęliśmy bardzo.
Pros:

Hotel bezpośrednio przy plaży z własną restauracją w której serwowano śniadania. Malowniczo położony. Pokoje czyste z widokiem na ocean, łóżka bardzo wygodne.

Cons:

Bardzo długo czekało się na śniadania (40 minut to tam norma zanim podali do stołu).
