Very comfortable room. Excellent bathroom facilities - fabulous shower and bath. 2 sinks, which I love! Friendly and helpful staff. And a wonderful breakfast.
Not enough light in the room.
Great location. Tastefully renovated rooms. Lovely staff. Had dinner at restaurant one night and it was superb.
Bathroom lighting very dim. Impossible to do makeup.
Really comfortable, large, spacious place. Had everything you'd need for a group trip. Well located for the seafront and the great restaurants etc in Hove.
Great location near the beach. Close to shops and restaurants and bus stop to Brighton. The hotel itself was lovely. Very comfortable bed! The staff were also very helpful. Shout out to Maria who was very prompt and helpful replying to messages. Grace was very welcoming and helpful on check in and check out. I look forward to returning.
I was looking forward to Cowshed toiletries, but another premium brand was there instead. It was just as lovely! Next time I stay I will request a room with a bath and a sea view. Otherwise, nothing negative. All good!

For the price of the room we would have expected at least a continental style of breakfast to be included and the prices for standard drinks in the room were excessive
The location is excellent 100 mt to the shore. The property, rooms, the bar and restaurant are awesome and the breakfast is to die for. Apart from all the positive attributes, I was amazed at their problem solving skills. For some glitch in the booking system my room rez for 2 nights was cancelled 4 days before the trip in booking.com. And we were going for a wedding so cant change the dates. I reached out to the hotel and they were fully booked for the weekend; however they worked some magic. We ended up staying in two different upgraded rooms in two nights and the rooms were fantastic. We are so thankful to everyone for this and hope to visit again soon.

Easy, staff super friendly and perfect location.
Comfortable bed, very nice shower rainfall and standard heads with good pressure and got hot quickly. Was glad to have air conditioning
Shower was a large glass enclosure but sealant had perished all around so it leaked onto the floor, this seemed an old issue as baseboards looked damp/swollen and paint eroded at the bottom of the walls. Street outside very loud with sound of cars at all hours with window closed.
