Muito prestativos, levaram até um aquecedor extra quando disse que estava com frio. Recepção atende pelo whatsapp o que precisar. Local limpo, bonito, agradável e bem localizado. Adorei.

The location is very good and the apartment was big, the staff was also really nice and helpful

Cons:

We had no hot water on the last day and for the price they command the apartment was a bit old, they also asked for an extra charge for the parking, however the parking lot was really convenient

Could be cleaner and extra pair of towels available. Very expensive but worth the quality of the apartment and convenient location.

Dwa tygodnie na nartach minęły w mgnieniu oka i fantastycznej atmosferze
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na deptaku. Sklep po drugiej stronie ulicy, w okolicy wiele restauracji i kawiarni. Kilka minut pieszo do gondoli na Alpe di Siusi oraz Secedę. Przestronny apartament dla 6 osób. Odnowiony budynek. Przyjazny personel komunikujący się w 4+ językach. Wyposażenie kuchni to duży plus. Szybka i wygodna usługa prania. Świetnie przygotowany skiroom oraz stanowisko serwisu nart w garażu. Garaż wyposażony w stację ładowania EV.

Cons:

Wi-Fi nieużywalne na komputerze, oraz niewydolne wieczorami na telefonie. Korzystałem głównie z sieci komórkowej (zasięg 5G był w apartamencie przyzwoity). Łazienka mogłaby być wyposażona w zasłonę - prysznic kończy się "powodzią" na podłodze łazienki. Przydałoby się więcej kart dostępu do pokoju (by jedną trzymać w kurtce narciarskiej, a drugą w ciuchach "cywilnych" - można się zagapić i skończyć bez klucza poza apartamentem). Przy 6 osobach jedna łazienka z toaletą stają się "wąskim gardłem".

Perto de tudo (Estações de autocarro, lojas, bares e restaurantes agradáveis nos arredores). A gerente Marie Laure muito simpática e prestativa. Não usamos a garagem, mas os nossos ski lockers estavam num compartimento ao lado, é a garagem mais limpa que já vimos.Muito bem localizado no centro de Ortisei. Great location good place
Pros:

Great location - very close to the Ortisei gondola. Free hiking poles to borrow and nice staff

Cons:

Experience slightly dampened by the fact that they only provided 2x pods for the nespresso machine for the entire 7 day stay - which i just found a bit strange given the otherwise 'luxury' feel of the place and area.

I asked for re-fills (as every hotel i have been to so far re-fills 2x coffee pods a day) and was instructed to buy coffee pods myself at the shop which was nearby. Issue is i didn't want to be carrying around coffee pods for the rest of my italy trip as i couldn't find a small pack so just went without.

For something so in-expensive and easy for the hotel staff to accommodate and given the price of the hotel think it would really elevate the guest experience to not have to worry about re-stocking such a small thing off their own dime.
