Comfortable and convenient stay, would recommend 10/10
Pros:

Excellent location, just across Kimberley street and very close to other famous locations within walking distance but stands apart so not very loud either
Well maintained property, great staff.

Pros:

Sehr schönes altes renoviertes Gebäude.
Sehr sehr freundliches Personal, exzellentes Frühstück. Es gibt nachmittags sogar Teatime mit einem kleinen Snack dabei!
Das Bett war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer unter dem Dach, da war es leider sehr laut.

Nice place with good staff
Pros:

This is a nice boutique style hotel in Georgetown. Staff is very nice and willing to help you understand the area. Room is clean. They have tea time midday where they provide tea coffee snacks and ice cream.

Cons:

Elevator is slow but you can take the stairs. Rooms are small but maybe that is expected for rooms in downtown areas. There is some construction noise but they are willing to provide ear plugs

A comfortable stay in the heart of Penang
Pros:

A beautiful hotel conveniently located right in the middle of Georgetown. It had a nice historical feel to it, but was balanced out with some chic and modern touches. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfy. There was an AC, as well as a ceiling fan - perfect for a long day out in the extreme heat! The staff were very kind and hospitable (plus being welcomed everyday by the beautiful scent of the lobby was a bonus)

Cons:

The room lacked some natural light. Didn't help that the furniture was all dark-coloured too. However, this is just personal preference here - there was nothing wrong with the room.

Very comfortable beds in a lovely loft space room. High ceilings with roof fan and air conditioning creating the perfect temperature in a hot and humid country. Would stay again.
