Affordable, spacious, but need improvements
Pros:

The hotel is cheap, and you get a lot for the money. The room was large. The bed was confortable. The air condition is very noisy though.
The breakfast is acceptable, but the price is so cheap, that you cannot complain about it.
Loads of parking spots.
Seems to be a safe closed environment.
The bathroom should be fixed, as there were a lot of mold in the shower.
But for the price, it is actually quite all right.
However, I would probably not stay here again, unless the price remains the same.

綺麗なホテルです。
Pros:

客室施設、装備、共に非常に清潔感があり、また、部屋の広さも十分広い。
部屋の清掃も問題無く、快適であった。個人的には備え付けで洗濯機(ベランダ)があったのが有難かった。
周辺には、徒歩5分ほどでセブンイレブンがある。ただ早朝に外出すると周囲に野犬(放し飼い？)が数頭いるので注意が必要かも。

Very good but overpriced.
Pros:

Limited breakfast. The Thai food was a mess. The swimming pool and fitness room and the overall comfort and cleanliness should allow for a nightly tariff of 1200 Thai baht, certainly not the 2000 baht I paid.
