Clean room, has beach facing balcony.
Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Btw, the breakfast is delivered to the room, so there is no buffet style breakfast.
Nice beach in front of the hotel.
Staffs in the reception are exceptional, very warmth and helpful.
There was building on construction next to the hotel during our stay.
Many building materials scattered in the access to the hotel from main road.
Some noise too from the construction although not too disturbing.
Staff is good and facility is excellent.

The breakfast options and room service option can be improved. try provide packed breakfast to room with extremely limited choice

Breakfasts are good cooked to order and fresh fruit was in season and very sweet, the location was great very close to our favourite restaurant bumbu bali the plunge pool was amazing and just what you want after a stroll through town

There wasn't anything that we didn't like
The staff were wonderful I had a bad fall first day not on grounds they took me to hospital and waited supplied a wheel chair helped me into transport when needed for 2 weeks without their support I could not have coped Thankyou you are so special

Nothing - dirty to get there garbage on both sides of road - ceiling falling down when in the pool - unsafe environment -could not stay there !
