overall clean, convenient locatiom
Pros:

Hotel is relarively new (this review is 2018).
Clean premises, service level adequate, location is ideal for business or leisure, close to airport 5min, nightlife pubs eateries & night market nearby

Hope they can have a better Zebra Crossing nearby
Pros:

The staff v helpful and friendly
Except the traffic quite heavy and to cross the road is not easy

A hotel just for 1 night is ok not for longer
Pros:

The room is too small. No chairs to sit in your room, and no cupboard for your staff. Also no place to put your suitcase. So must put it on the floor.
The breakfast was not much. 2 piece of Bread , jam and butter and Some fruit, is for AMERICAN breakfast. Egg is there is you can get a schrabben or omelet. But on Saturday the eggs was finish, just to do with jam...
Cleaness is Verry good. TV when you want to see indovision on sport, is hardly impossible.
We have ask thetechnician 4 times for help. The staff is Very helpfull.
There is a lot to be done and check before the rooms is suitable for the guest.....
