Lovely little B&B near Nottingham!
Pros:

Super friendly staff. Cracking location, very close to Beeston train station, making this a great base for exploring Nottingham. Tasty and fresh breakfast. Good value for money. Would stay here again.

Cons:

Room was rather small but, hey, this is a two star B&B, not The Ritz! Oh, and only one toilet roll provided in the room, though I'm certain I could have got more, had I asked!

Overpriced for the quality
Pros:

The gentleman history was very polite and welcoming.
The lady host should not deal with customers

Cons:

Odd bedding, ripped curtain, leaking toilet, hot water in shower sporadic (cubical extremely small, like a space capsule)
Breakfast service not very good. Another customer asked for a second glass of juice and was abruptly told no only 1 per person, but he explained he hadn't had tea or coffee but still didn't get one. My daughters pre ordered vegetarian breakfast was not the usual standard!
Towels were very small. Didn't go round either of us!

A pleasant and adequate place to lay one's head with a great breakfast.

The owner/manager was very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The room was clean.

Cons:

The room was a little small and only had a basin. The bathroom was shared (which was advertised so no surprise and was always available when I needed it).
