Le calme , l’extérieur propre et bien entretenue

Cons:

Chambres pas entretenue , sale ( j’ai été dans trois chambres différentes )
Draps de lit pas fraîche , tout froissée on dirait même pas lavé après un passage de client
Taie d’oreiller et couette pleins de taches suspectes
Matériels défectueux , tuyau détaché du pommeau de douche
Lattes de lit cassés, même pas vérifié par les employés. Nous on l’a constaté en pleine nuit .
Armoires et tables de nuits poussiéreuses
Brosse de wc vraiment dégoûtant
Café servi avec de la marre.

C’est comme un pub mensongère .

L’emplacement , endroit calme

Cons:

Pas propre étagères et armoires poussiéreuse , draps de lit tout froissée et taie d’oreiller pleins de tache suspecte. Brosse de wc pas hygiénique . Tuyau de pommeau de douche cassé , videoir bouché.
En gros les chambres sont mal entretenues , car on a changé pas mal de chambre mais elles sont toutes des vices caché
Le wifi ne marche pas .
La piscine ne donne pas envie d’y aller , l’eau est suspect.
Vraiment. Dommage .

Excellent séjour, chambre, vue et repas au top
Pros:

Petit déjeuner au top. Mention spéciale à l'oeuf au plat du chef un vrai délice.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, au calme, tout en restant à proximité de la capitale.

Cons:

Un signalement plus clair serait formidable pour rejoindre l'hôtel

Logement à fuire, propriétaire absent et injoignable laissant de pauvres agents n’ayant aucune compétence et accès aux réservations. J’ai du payer le prix plus que doublement car ils n’arrivent pas à vérifier la réservation, beaucoup d’amateurisme, lits inconfortables et très sales, piscine très sale … Emplacement horrible, en plus ils ne respectent pas leurs paroles et ne font pas de transfert de l’aéroport, j’ai du payer la navette en plus.. J’ai passé 6h la nuit et au beau matin j’ai fuis cette propriété, je déconseille fortement ce logement, un vrai cauchemar !!

That hotel need a complet hurling and total upgrading
Pros:

It was more better on photos than when the eyes sees directly
They need to upgrade in all standard.

Except the pool nothing better

Cons:

The kitchen and restaurant services were really really awful, we actually starved.
The food was nothing to talk about.
One cook in the whole hotel and services was terrible.

This hotel canceled my 3 rooms at last minute - they said their partner hotel would accommodate us-well at 2:00 am at airport while desperate for their driver, we got them on phone - they had no idea what hotel or rooms- no idea. We were stranded, 4 elders ladies left. We were helped by taxi drivers, who tried to find us another hotel last minute. This scam, assigning and confining rooms but wait now we get higher rent
So you get nothing. I have emails proving they canceled n left us high n dry. Then lied saying their driver came. The invisible driver who wasn’t there while we searched airport n parking lot for hours. Do not use this hotel if you want service n rooms. They were rude, nasty, not professional, and this happened to 2 other parties too, not just my group.

Pros:

Good rooms, helpful staff. Only 2 issues was the checkin and wifi. Check in they wanted me to pay for the room again i had to show the Expedia receipt a few times before they stopped asking. But they then wanted an extra 10000 for extra tax... wish that was explained on expected. Other then that and that the wifi didn't reach the room well, it was a great stay.

Jeg troede simpelthen det var løgn da taxien kørte til hotellet ad jordveje og blikskure.
Der var ingen varme på hotellet og kun 17 grader, tiggere overalt, dårlig mad på hotellet.
Det er snyde billeder fra reklamen fra hotellet. 20 meter derfra ligner det en losseplads.

Attention. Deceiving of clients
Pros:

Don’t recommend anyone to stay in this house. We booked the room for 2 adults and 1 child. When we arrived, we were given a room for 2 people so we asked for an extra bed (which is mentioned on their page on Booking.com). But they said that they didn’t have extra beds in the hotel at all. So they offered us a very small room instead of a bed. Nobody said a word that we would have to pay for it.
But during check out we got a bill for 2 DOUBLE rooms! Not for an extra bed.
Also credit cards are not accepted in this hotel. Only cash
A host of this hotel was rude. He yelled at us, threatened to call the police and didn’t answer Booking.com calls.
I consider this place unsafe for tourists as the host is deliberately deceiving clients. Please avoid it.

Nice room, good service
Pros:

I Stayed for one night during a stopover.

The service was very good but a little difficult because I don't speak French or Malagasy and the staff I dealt with didn't understand English very well. Using our phones we were able to communicate and they helped with all my enquiries.

The room I stayed in was very big with a balcony, it was clean and I had a very good sleep.

I'm not really sure what the surrounding area is like as I didn't go out, but I would stay here again during a stopover.

Good value for money
Pros:

We were due to start an eleven day tour in Madagascar but were arriving late into Antananarivo two days before it started. We booked Iarimbato due to the price and we're really happy with what we found. We were about an hour late on arrival but our hotel transfer was still waiting for us and we're really friendly. The hotel room was small but adequate, we were so tired we didn't mind. The next day we ventured out of the hotel but as we weren't familiar with the country or where to go we didn't go very far and found that we preferred to stay within the hotel which was fine as they had a lovely pool and we were able to relax by it for the day whilst drinking cocktails and eating. The staff were very pleasant throughout our stay, especially when beers are $2 for 650mls!

Booking was not honoured
Pros:

We have booked during the Francophonie event for 3 nights and have given our CVV number of the credit card. They have confirmed our booking by return email. The day of our booking we called to confirm our arrival a little bit later. We then discovered that the booking was not respected from their side, probably they have sold the rooms !!!. Communication extremely difficult on the phone, their person on the phone was not aware of anything and no one wants to drive just to go there as they are far from city centre. Very much inconvenienced as during Francophonie there is no available accommodation through out Tana. They handled us unprofessionally so very negative feelings towards them!
