Beautiful hotel
Pros:

The room was massive walk out the door straight in the pool..Breakfast was great..Staff were very helpful and friendly..

Cons:

Steps of some sort to get in and out of the pool at the poolside rooms..Restaurant was expensive and what we ordered was not worth the money paid

Pros:

We booked this last minute as the pool villa we were in was flooded in. Breakfast was good, a nice variety of food, the room was spacious for 2 & we didn't have the opportunity to use the pool but it looked lovely.

Cons:

One thing i think could have been improved on was the dishes from room service. At various hotels you can leave it outside your room & they're collected but i noticed another rooms wasn't. We got back to the room when the cleaners were there & we said they didn't have to clean the room as we only had 1 more day but gave them our dishes & they left them outside our room & they were still there when we checked out. Not a big deal but just makes the place look messy/dirty.

We plan on booking again regardless of the lack of sleep.
Pros:

Location, lovely staff and nice hotel facilities.

Cons:

Noisy people in the room above which is not the fault of the hotel, but maybe security could do a walk around the hotel between midnight and 6am.

A decent 4 star hotel 15 minute walk from the beach
Pros:

Comfortable bed, room was roomy and well appointed. Clean if not immaculate. Helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was okay.

Cons:

Location was a 15 minute walk to the beach which isn’t too bad. It was clean but not immaculately so. Areas were cordoned off for construction.

Excellent staff, Basic Accommodation
Pros:

Staff were great, attentive and accommodating. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. Housekeeping were excellent.

Cons:

Room I was given was in a dead corner completely blocked by the adjacent room. Standing on the balcony I had a view of a brick wall that was maybe 1.2M away which made the room dark as there was barely any sunlight coming through. I felt like I was tucked away in a dark dungeon ☹️ the other rooms obviously weren't blocked from daylight, I just happened to get 1 of the 2 rooms that were in that shitty corner.
The bed had to be the worst bed in Indonesia. The most uncomfortable sleep ever.
Towels weren't clean as other places I've stayed in Bali. Most were stained and an off white colour.

WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN .SORRY
Pros:

Staff courteous and polite.
Dining area was tucked in the center area of the hotel and felt fresh.

Cons:

Poor surrounding with houses in the face of the hotel rooms.
Lots of inhouse and external construction in surrounding area.
Unable to sleep with hammer and drilling noises.
Housekeeping staff knocked on the door and i was asleep and by the time i could answer the door he unlocked the door open trying to enter the room breaching the customers privacy invasion. Felt unsafe.
Mattress was soiled with some marks.
NO TOWELS FOR SHOWER, i had a shower just to realize there were no towels and had to dry with pillowcases.
FELT UNSAFE, UNEASY and totally DISAPPOINTED .

Relaxing week.
Pros:

Very comfortable, professional and helpful staff. However it was a walk away from the beach and we found the pavements in poor condition, so I would recommend a taxi to and from the beach especially at night.
