The staff here are very friendly, and the hotel environment is wonderful.
We accidentally forgot our suitcase password, and the staff kindly helped us unlock it and solve the problem.
We had a lovely stay, highly recommend!

Séjour très agréable malgré cela
Pros:

Belles chambres confortables et spacieuses
Le restaurant propose des plats de qualité et le petit déjeuner est correct par rapport aux autres hôtels où nous avons séjourné.

Cons:

Un petit bémol pour la piscine qui est très jolie , grande et belle mais à l’ombre une bonne partie de la journée car encaissée entre les bâtiments de 4 étages .

El hotel es precioso y las habitaciones muy cómodas. El personal muy atento.

Cons:

La pena que al salir del hotel te encuentras con aceras rotas o no aceras y que por la noche no tienen iluminación, se encuentra en plena avenida de 4 carriles muy transitada pero está a 10 min a pie del Icon Bali y la playa en general.
