Wouldn’t stay there again no footpaths no way to get across the busy road with the barrier. No close shops. A taxi ride

The price great staff big rooms clean pool and shuttle bus

Cons:

The food general menu poor.
We ate out for better meals.
You need a better chef and kitchen brigade
Breakfast pastries were horrible.

Good location if you have bike. Good air con and big comfy bed
Pros:

Clean, on main strip but once inside very sound proof. Comfy bit bed and good air con!!

Cons:

Pool area is small. Rooms that have pool access have very limited privacy. Not a place to stay and lay around the pool if that’s what you are wanting. A quick stay is perfect.

Excellent facilities, comfy and convenient
Pros:

Very spacious and comfortable room with a small balcony looking onto the pool. The bed and pillows were so comfy, good quality linen and towels. The room (and actually the whole hotel) is really well maintained.
Good shower pressure, cold fridge and cold AC.
The location on the bypass is really convenient if you’re going to Nusa Penida or Lembongan the next day.
We did not hear vehicle noise from the bypass like other reviews mention, but perhaps if you are a light sleeper then request a room which is further back from reception. Super friendly staff, will stay again.

Paradise in Sanur
Pros:

We loved The Grand Palace Sanur.
I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a stunning room. Breakfast was awesome, staff were so friendly and helpful.
The hotel was so clean. We would definitely stay again.
Room service was very reasonably priced. We are in the restaurant one night and the pork belly and pork spare ribs were delicious.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Absolutely perfect!
Pros:

A beautiful quiet hotel, so clean, the bathroom clean, large and beautiful too. We had the Executive Pool room, not one complaint. The room is huge! So much space, plus walking outside and laying on the beds by the pool was perfect. We had 2 full body Balinese massages, both times I fell asleep. Our flight is at 11pm so I booked a late checkout time of 6pm so we got some much needed rest. The food was beautiful, buffet breakfast amazing and the staff were amazing! Highly recommend, 10/10 and 5 stars!

Every thing was great, breakfast very minimal, had to ask for bacon separate, rooms were great, staff helpful and friendly,

Cons:

The pool even through it was really hot the pool was freezing, even being in the water for a while couldn't stay in there long as it was so cold,

Very clinical hotel and noisy due its shape
Pros:

Room and bathroom were spacious and the lads cleaning and making up were brilliant could not do enough for you they kept it spotless

Cons:

There is a big problem in the restaurant and kitchen the staff do not understand when you request something simple things poached eggs 30 mins from order to delivery. Hot hard boiled eggs come cold from fridge once in 10 days they came hot one hard one soft. Partner waited three days for gluten free bread would have been simpler for use to buy a loaf from local supermarket. When she finally had gluten free bread and asked for poached eggs on toast the bread came on a plate and the eggs came on ordinary bread contaminating the eggs. Ordering anything either food or drink just took forever. I paid for a room with a pool view what we had was not what I expected disappointed to say the least.

A great place to relax
Pros:

We had 4 nights at the Grand Palace Sanur. Not on beach but only a short walk or gojek to main town.
A beautiful hotel, very clean, lovely staff. Food at restaurant is delicious, very reasonably priced. The breakfast is very good.
We really enjoyed our stay at The Grand Palace Sanur. Would highly recommend.

Venligt personale og god mad.

Cons:

Ligger lige ud til en meget trafikeret hovedgade. Værelset var meget mørkt (ingen dagslys).
Poolen meget kold, da den ligger i skygge af bygningen det meste af dagen.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, and the welcome drink was definitely appreciated! We were also allowed to check in straight away, even though it was still morning. We were given a lovely room.

Unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to use the swimming pool. By the time we returned from our day trips, it was already later in the afternoon and the sun had disappeared from the pool area.

The breakfast was very tasty, and I especially appreciated that you could ask for oat milk or soy milk as an alternative.

Cons:

The hotel is located along a large and very busy main road, which makes crossing the street a bit challenging. However, that was really the only downside of our stay.
