Our stay at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Foley at OWA was fantastic, but what truly made our vacation unforgettable was Chloe at the front desk.

We had booked one of the Marriott packages that included the OWA Theme Park and Tropic Falls Water Park passes, but there were unexpected issues with getting everything to work correctly. Even after speaking with Marriott Corporate, the process still wasn’t resolved. That’s when Chloe stepped in.

Although this wasn’t something she was expected to handle herself, she took it upon herself to help us. She spent nearly 30 minutes patiently researching the issue, getting online, and walking me through every step so I could complete the booking myself. She never rushed us, never became frustrated, and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her.

What impressed me even more was that she accomplished all of this while simultaneously running the front desk. She was checking in guests, answering the phone, assisting other customers, and managing everything with complete professionalism. No matter how busy she became, she remained calm, friendly, and incredibly patient. She made every guest—including my family—feel like they were her top priority.

Once everything was booked, Chloe took the time to explain exactly how the park passes worked, where we needed to go, what to expect, and even offered recommendations that made our trip even better. Her knowledge, positive attitude, and genuine desire to help turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one of the highlights of our vacation.

The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the entire staff was welcoming. But Chloe’s customer service is what truly sets this property apart. She is the perfect example of what hospitality should look like. When people talk about someone who genuinely loves their job, goes above and beyond, and treats guests with kindness and respect, they’re describing Chloe.

We will absolutely stay here again, and one of the biggest reasons is because of the incredible service she provided. Thank you, Chloe, for making our family’s vacation so special. Your dedication, professionalism, and kindness will always be remembered and appreciated. TownePlace Suites is fortunate to have someone like you representing their hotel.

This was the worst, most expensive nasty place I have every stayed in my life.. Bed was nasty and very uncomfortable.. I had to change the sheets and the mattress cover.. I had my sheets but I had to go by a full mattress cover.. They pool area wasn’t clean and someone was letting outside kids come in and swim.. I asked for clean towels. they put them on the floor at the door and left the nasty at the door, instead of putting them in the room as I asked.. We not going to talk about the breakfast.. I’m just going to say, my family went out for breakfast..If I could give them less than a one I would.. I wasn’t able to move to another hotel because I booked through a private site.. Please stay away…

I loved the location and easy access to everywhere we needed to go. The rooms were nice, staff was very helpful and pleasant!
