Everyone was friendly except that one lady to yelled at everybody to move from behind the door or they would get burned

The location was close to The park and alot of affordable restaurants.

Cons:

The linen on the bed had mold stains but the sheets were clean. The staff resolved that issue quickly.

Not worth the Drive - false advertising!
Pros:

Clean room as far as clean sheets and bedroom floor.

Cons:

The bed was not fully made and tucked in sheets.
There was hair in the shower floor.
The trash can in the bathroom was left on the toilet.
And 100% false advertisement for a water feature inside the hotel. That was what was the worst description - made the trip,coming off a 8 hr drive to spent well over 300.00 for a mediocre hotel. NEVER AGAIN. AND I will certainly let other travelers and travel outlets know that its not worth the stop - not for what they are trying to advertise.

We actually put this property on our list to stay at again here in a few months when we come back..
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant and actually talked with us when we met them in the halls! The hostess that checked us in was super nice and knowledgable. We are coffee drinkers and when I asked for a few extra coffee pods for the room, she had them handy!

The room was great! As we were walking down the hall, it was a bit concerning due to noise, but once the room door was closed, nota sound was heard from the hall! That was great!

The room was spacious and clean! I was very happy with our choice in hotels!

Cons:

Breakfast was a mad house. Waiting on the waffle iron was a good 10-15 minute wait at least. I think I opted out of waffles until the last morning. We tried varing our breakfast time, anywhere from 7:00AM to 8:30AM, but it was very busy no matter when we walked down there.

Teen teen highly recommend TownePlace suites amazing. Will definitely be back.
Pros:

I love how spacious the suite was for me and my three kids. I like how the indoor pool does not close until 10 PM.

Cons:

I love how we were about 60 seconds from the waterpark. We went as soon as they opened so it took about five minutes to get in, a huge plus is that the whole waterpark accepts cash? Oh yeah, in the beach was about 25 minute drive we had a great time.

I love the cleanliness the room was up to my expectations and the great hospitality and the hot food

Omg breakfast was spectacular and the young lady that was on breakfast duty did an amazing job with keep the area reloaded and wiping as she goes I reach out to her and told her thank you for an amazing job. Everything was clean hot and fresh

Less not forget the front desk servant made us feel welcome and as I watch before I was waited on she was greeting everyone with a Beautiful smile and by name that was very amazing and I felt so welcome and need to keep her at the front she is a people person never got frustrated and treated everyone the same as I was standing their observing. I felt as I knew Ms Shanice personally
Great job keep smiling and treating everyone like somebody🥰when coming through the doors I felt that genuine welcome and when I plan another trip I will stay at this hotel again. Thank Ms Shanice front desk servant
