It was a 2/10
Pros:

I was on the bottom floor because my autistic son is scared of elevators and I was accommodated thanks to Mrs.Shanice.

Cons:

I let the young lady know earlier that the power went off in the room and that it smelled like mildew. It bothered my kid asthma. She told me she would send someone out to check but didn’t. I notified the next person that was there doing checkout and she apologized for that issue and told me she hope to see me again. Mrs. Shanice was very patient and very outgoing. She made me feel a little bit better about my stay.

Everyone was friendly except that one lady to yelled at everybody to move from behind the door or they would get burned
