Amazing staff, extremely clean and felt very safe traveling alone
Pros:

This hotel and staff were amazing! They made me feel safe while traveling alone. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were great at the restaurant on site. 20 mins to the airport. Front desk staff member Megan and bartender Tamara were amazing! Great people and a great environment! First time in Cali and flew across country from NJ and I’ll definitely be back again. I felt very safe and the rooms were immaculate. What a wonderful experience! If you find this hidden gem make sure you tell Megan and Tamara I referred you! ~ Ashley from New Jersey

Had a wonderful visit and then could come back to a wonderful staff
Pros:

The breakfast was great - the evening margarita pizza was perfect - the fries and the drinks delicious also .
The cooking staff - cleaning Staff - and the front staff were ALL exceptional- I stay at many places first time I say ALL exceptional!!! I was staying at the Sheraton every month or two but this is going to be my new home when visiting San Diego ! The staff couldn’t have been better !

Cons:

Hmmmm - next time I’ll try different food but for now I don’t think anything could be better

The property had excellent parking and was convenient for those attending a show at the Magnolia.
Pros:

We were greeted immediately by the receptionist who was courteous and efficient. She answered our questions and gave us information about the property. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Very disappointing experience. The service was not good and the facility was not clean. I spoke directly with the manager to address my concerns, but he was dismissive and showed no care at all. Poor management and lack of professionalism made this visit frustrating.

Cons:

When the room service comes to clean the room they don't vacuum the floor I stay there for 19 days maybe the vacuum my just 3 times.

Loved the convenience of the lobby cafe/bar. Great location to stay after a concert at the Magnolia.

Cons:

On performance nights at The Magnolia concert venue, the lobby bar should stay open another hour, particularly on a Friday or Saturday night.
