חדרים נקיים וגדולים, חדר כושר נוח לשימוש שיש בו את מה שצריך, אמרו מראש כבר בצ׳ק אין שבשביל ניקוי חדר צריך לבקש בקבלה
המיקום נמצא מחוץ לניו יורק וללא רכב ההתניידות לניו יורק מאוד לא נוחה ויקרה. יש אוטובוס שנמצא על המלון וזה אמנם נחמד אבל מי שרוצה לחוות את ניו יורק ולהישאר עד מאוחר בעיר המלון הזה פחות בשבילו

The hotel was really clean and peaceful.
There was no pool and the location was kind of tricky. But I think that was just the CITY overall.
Comfortable beds, great continental breakfast. Great lo location for hopping on a bus to NYC
Estaba limpio y bonito, la habitación tiene microondas y un pequeño refrigerador, en auto está a unos 15 minutos de NYC, utilizamos la app SpotHero para estacionarnos y usamos el metro.
El closet es muy pequeño y no hay suficiente estacionamiento, la primer persona que nos atendió no encontraba nuestra reserva con pago por adelantado después de un rato incómodo afortunadamente llegó otra chica con más conocimiento y resolvió.
They did not respect their words, once i booked i notified that we need early check in, they answered: they will do their BEST to accommodate us. I reached at 11.30 am, the receptionist said how can help you, i said : check in, she said no Check in before 1:00 pm, i said I notified you a head of time, she did not want even to check the system or to know who am I! I insisted, explained my family is sleeping in the car after full day trip! She said ok , we got a room, will clean it, this will take some time, i kept waiting and pushing her… she was saying we can’t guarantee! Finally at 1.00 PM. She said room is ready!!
The beds were small, can’t accommodate 2 Pax
The mattress was like a triangle , if you are not at the middle, you will fall at your side!
