Da gentileza dos funcionários

Cons:

Higiene do quarto péssima. Havia aparelho de barbear usado no banheiro, cabelos no chão, um cigarro eletrônico na bancada do quarto e as roupas de cama estavam com cheiro de suor. Só ficamos porque estávamos muuuiiito cansados.

O quarto é bem limpo e o atendimento é excepcional. Foi tudo super rápido, prático e valeu a pena

Cons:

Falta de bebedouro para encher a garrafa ou pegar água. Outras unidades do Ibis tem ele de fácil acesso na recepção, acredito que isso ajuda bastante a ter uma boa hospedagem e pelo valor da estadia, acredito que seria bom ter. Como estava esperando isso de outras estadías que já tive na rede, foi algo que deixou um pouco a desejar.

LOcal gostoso, comida boa e ótima localização.
Pros:

Café da manhã muito gostoso. Localização muito boa e acessível. já fiquei neste hotel 3x e sempre fui muito bem atendida. Jantar com buffet livre, preço justo e muito gostoso. Muitas opções deliciosa.

A Localização do Hotel

Cons:

Atendimento na recepção. Já ficamos hospedados em vários IBIS pelo mundo, e com toda certeza foi a pior recepção que tivemos. Haviam três funcionários na recepção, chegamos e demos boa noite. Nenhum deles deu boa noite, sorriu ou disse um oi. Após alguns minutos uma das atendentes se virou para nós e perguntou se estava tudo bem! Um absurdo! A recepção é o cartão de visitas de um hotel! Acho que deveriam ser substituídos pelo menos por funcionários que tenham educação e um mínimo de cordialidade e gentileza!
