Loved the central location, which was pretty much walking distance to sites. Loved the pool and the steam room. The breakfast was great with good healthy options.

Perfect location, very clean and staff were great.
When you book and pay upfront you should be able to book and pay for a car park on site.
All you can eat breakfast. Room excellent, indoor pool and sauna.
Staff were exceptional and buffet breakfast were amazing
The staff at the breakfast were absolutely amazing they worked hard they were friendly and efficient in the food was always freshly cooked
Being on floor 7 we had an excellent view the location is great walk to most things in the city

When we arrived the staff at check-in were not very friendly or helpful I requested the two single beds to be pushed together to make a double bed which they declined to do which was on my booking request not happy that we had to pay for parking to stay there when the rooms are quite expensive very poor not to have Netflix on the so-called Smart TVs when we had Netflix on TVs in caravan parks the only thing smart about their TV is that it turns on
