Very Pleasant.
Pros:

Breakfast was great with warm plates a bonus in Tas cold climate, saves the food getting cold. Breakfast choice offered more Australian options than just Asian food from recollection of choices from our last visit. The room was very clean, tidy, comfortable and modern.

Cons:

Parking was limited on site (always is and you can't book a space under hotel) first come, first in basis. Had to park around the corner in the Village Carpark.

It was clean as soon as you walked in and staff were friendly, approachable and very accommodating. It smelt amazing every time we walked in. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were pretty amazing
