Staff were excellent. The hotel was spotless
Pros:

Location. Staff were excellent. We had an issue with our first room. This was addressed with professionalism and issue resolved. I believe this rates a hotel in high regard . We loved our stay and would highly recommend the larger harbour view rooms

Cons:

洗衣機與烘衣機太少，整棟飯店的住客只能用兩個洗衣機、兩個烘衣機，房間設備和早餐非常普通，以性價比不怎麼高。

It's average. Nothing amazing, but a clean and quiet hotel.
Pros:

It's a basic hotel, no frills.
Very quiet at night.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast was pretty average.
Staff didn't know much about the parking situation,
One of the lifts didn't work for a few days,
No exhaust fans in toilets (gross)
Lack of hooks in bathroom.... (My number one complaint about the vast majority of hotels)
No bin liners in the bins (it's for "sustainable" reasons) but it's gross when putting wet items in the bin.... Get biodegradable bags......

No lock in bathroom, I'm fairly sure this is the only hotel I've ever stayed in without a lock.

Great central location with nearby restaurants and cafe's
Pros:

Location was ideal as my hire car company was only a 500metre walk down Harrington street. Room was quiet and comfortable. I was surprised to have a disability room as I did not need this. Parking was easy and convenient in Collins street

Cons:

A non disability room or know that was what I was getting. Travelling alone this time it was no problem but had I been with my wife there may have been a problem. I was really happy with my stay and have no negative comments.

The duty manager David was incredible, in a tough spot due to a booking error (my fault) he managed to secure us a room when all in town were full.
We enjoyed our stay, walking distance to most, pool nice
