The hotel has a great central location, making it easy to walk to Salamanca Market, the waterfront, and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The room felt a bit small, and there was some noise at times. Breakfast options could also be improved with more variety.

Close to shops, restaurants, and right in the heart of Hobart CBD. I rated it 9/10 mainly because of the parking situation. Few days before checking in, we asked about parking and were told it couldn’t be booked in advance. However, when we arrived, the front desk informed us that because it wasn’t pre‑booked or included in our room type, we’d need to park off‑site.
It worked out fine in the end, as we were able to park on the street overnight for free within the time limits. Overall, still a great stay.
Location was convenient.
Road noise. We were on Level 1 and those that wanted to give their cars a work out - well, you could hear it. For what the room was (basic!), it was ok.
