Please note late check in after 22:00 is only possible upon prior arrangement with the property.

The hotel is central and clean .
There are no additional facilities and no staff around although a central helpline is answered and they were helpful. The car park is v small and v tight. Would not recommend if you have 4x4 .
The hotel was very easy to find - very close to the train station. The booking-in & out process was really simple and explained clearly.
The room itself was quiet, spacey, comfortable and very clean.

Large room, bathroom etc. Very comfortable bed. Local shop, cafes, takeaways and restaurants nearby. Helpful staff.
All theses were known at booking so not a problem but ratings would be higher if these available-

-Staff usually only available between 3-8pm (although they let us in early at noon and can be reached 24/7 by phone)
Marvellous hotel. Very welcoming on reception. Room was spacious, clean and very quiet considering its location. Parked in the hotel car park as there was a space. Close to amenities with plenty of places to eat and a grocery shop opposite.

These are suggestions, definitely not complaints. It would be nice to have a comfy chair to sit in in evening watching TV. I could see no evidence of recycling. No clear guidelines re requiring clean towels, so mine were taken after just one night! In other places, they say to put dirty towels in bath or similar if you want them replaced.
Prompt, efficient check-in, clean room, basic but decent facilities
Front door is very noisy and kept waking me up with people going in and out several times overnight.
