Adequate
Pros:

Good location opposite St John’s House where I was attending a wedding. Parking on site.

Cons:

Clean, but very dated. Horribly stuffy in hot weather and would have been unbearable without the fan.

Good price good location
Pros:

This hotel is really handy for the station just a short walk, like wise really close to the town and castle just a short walk. Staff very pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

Not the hotel's fault but the road outside is really busy, the window needs to be open in this hot weather. If I came again I'd weather ear plugs at night.

Shocking
Pros:

Can’t even rate it…Beware there is no 24 hour reception and the number you have to call if you have an issue will eventually answer…. Still took 3 phone calls for someone to finally come out… but still did not deal with the situation… poor attitude from staff…

Great location and shows they take pride in cleanliness.
Pros:

Our room presentation was nice and clean. Wifi was free. It was really nice that they had a good fan in our room, as there was no air conditioning for those super hot days.
The location was perfect, we walked everywhere and not far from the train station.

Cons:

The mattress was ok, the sheets were lovely.

Large clean room and friendly staff - would stay again
Pros:

We stayed overnight in Room 3 on the ground floor.

Reception staff friendly and helpful on arrival and during our stay. The receprion is not staffed overnight if this is important to you.

Room was large with twin beds, it was clean and had all you needed. A large walk in shower. Only two tea bags, but more were readily available from reception.

The hotel is in a great location - only 5-minutes walk from Smith St where most things seem to be and 15-20min walk from Warwick Castle.

Only slight downside to this room was the road junction right outside the window which could be a little noisy. This didn't particularly affect me but my wife who is a light sleeper was disturbed ob occasion.

Pros:

Unable to comment as we did not stay

Cons:

Poor communication about access codes, took 3 phone calls before aware codes had been sent. Aware the hotel worked on a hybrid basis but you would think staff would be at reception when you could check in at 3pm. No staff on arrival at 3 pm, video door bell waste of time, no one responds and took 10 minutes to speak to someone on the phone.

OK hotel friendly staff but too basic for me too stay again
Pros:

Hotel basic, but room was large and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

There are 8 parking spaces. Entrance from road is tight and difficult to get a good view of oncoming traffic when leaving. Late arrivals are unlikely to get a space. There is parking across the road, which appeared to be free, but did not check restrictions as we parked at hotel.

There was no mention of serving meals when we checked in, but we were aware of that before we arrived. However, Booking.com show they serve breakfast on description, but in questions it states no breakfast. You must go out for breakfast, which is not ideal if you want an early start to your day, as many places serving breakfast do not open until 9am.

It is conveniently located for the town attractions.

There is a Sainsbury local not too far away – go to main road and take a left away from centre of town.

The outside is of hotel is tatty and the rooms could do with a refresh/upgrade. The shower was good and plenty of hot water. A cooling fan in room helped. There was a hairdryer, but it did not work.

It is on a busy junction, which some might find too noisy.

Daily housekeeping did not happen. On return our room was exactly as we had left it. Only 1 hand towel, 2 bath towels and 1 bath mat for 2 guests. Do not expect wonderfully fluffy towels or complimentary bath robes. We assumed towels would be changed daily and bed made, as that is implied on website & booking.com. There is hand wash, shampoo etc

An OK hotel, but would not stay again, as would prefer somewhere that serves breakfast and has daily housekeeping.

Had the weather been cooler, it might have improved my stay.
Pros:

It was convenient for the station and it was well furnished and clean.

Cons:

I was concerned as a woman travelling alone that there were no staff on duty. The weather was hot and the hotel supplied a fan, but it wasn't possible to have the windows open due to the noise from the road outside and the takeaway shops opposite, so it was uncomfortable in that respect. In winter, maybe much more comfortable. No food was available on site so the takeaways were useful.

Clean and comfy but too expensive for what you get
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Good location for the train station and city Centre.

Cons:

There were no staff to help if needed. I didn’t have toilet roll and there was no one to help. It’s more of an air bnb than a hotel. Keys are in a box and all communication is online. My room was downstairs by the carpark and Main Street. It was hot in the room but only had a large window to open so anyone could have climbed in. As a woman with just her baby and no staff, it felt quite unsafe. No fridge.
