Comfortable bed and pillows. V clean and good temperature
Great shower
No staff - i would prefer a staffed hotel.
Excellent location, onsite parking.
Great location. Free parking.
OK for the price but building and furnishings look a little tired.
To tell the truth i worked in Warwick for seven years and i would walk past the hotel thinking wonder what its like inside ? Its three-year later and i am so glad i stayed there ☺️ the room was clean and warm, a big tv and good quality tea and coffee that was topped up every day the linen was changed every day to , the room i had first floor opposite the local shops and a busy rd was fine because of the double glazing, if you are travelling by train it is honestly a five minute walk to the hotel if you in a car yes its first come first served for the parking but plenty of spaces on the rd .
10 / 15 minute walk to town or 10 minute to the wonderful park, the staff are absolutely 💯 spot on , would i stay again 200% yesssss
Nothing to dislike
Really friendly staff and a warm, clean and well appointed room with a good sized bath in the en suite
The TV would not get any BBC channel, annoying with the Olympics going on and I had to go to reception to ask for a plug for the bath.
I though the quality of the room was exceptional and was amazing value for money and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious. Second time we have stayed and would return again.
Cannot fault the place
lovely clean hotel, staff were very pleasant and helpful
nothing
staff were very helpful. clean fresh hood sized rooms felt like home
clean, fresh ,ample sized rooms, staff bend over backwards to help
The hotel is clean and warm but it does not offer a breakfast which could be an issue.
There were parking slots available but the car park was closed which caused me a problem with the security of my vehicle, suitable parking and a long walk from where I could park overnight
Only Hotel un UK that does not Offer Food. Awful. Awful. Awful
No Foo. Limited Coffee\Tea. Shower Broken. Bed not a Double as ordered two singles almost fitted together. Ground floor, unable to close window. Traffic noise bloody awful. Nightmare Hotel. Even Basil Fallty would shudder
The room was nice, the location was good (near the station and the town). The staff were friendly and helpful. They were happy to replenish milk etc. We enjoyed that the hotel was a historic building.
It was a shame you couldn't get breakfast there. Also I was uncomfortable that there didn't seem to be any staff there overnight. And on the Saturday there wasn't any staff in reception in the evening.
