Don't judge a book by its cover.
Pros:

The was no view as depicted on the advertisements. I met a dirty wall three storeys down. No views at all. Bedroom window like a pantry window.

Our ground floor apartment was absolutely beautiful, and everything we could have wanted. We actually tried to extend our stay but werent able to sadly.

good suite but needs a few changes
Pros:

This was a good place to stay for a few days. the suite was good, clean, comfortable. Unfortunately the power plugs on most of the items where european with no adapter to SA plug style. the inventory checklist was a mess and items were missing and incorrectly recorded. When we spoke to reception- they said nothing they can do as owner deals with it. within a few hours we had an adapter for the tv only and a few more towels. I think the inventory checklist makes this suite feel cheap and should be removed. The use of the valley of pools was only possible by a R50 taxi ride there - should be a free shuttle service in my opinion. the terrace had no seating/table to enjoy the lovely sea view (disappointing). Overall good experience but could be a excellent stay if a few changes are made.
