Very disappointed with the staff’s attitude

Cons:

The staff service was very bad and the receptionist was extremely rude. When I checked out, the aunty at the counter threw my access card on the table and told me to go back and take the air-cond and TV controllers from the room, even though she never informed me about this during check-in. The shower water pressure was also very slow. I feel very disappointed with the service, especially because of the staff’s attitude. Not recommended
