Clean hotel , Amazing staff , the only negative point is breakfast starts at 8:30 am . Otherwise everything is fine .

This is a very pleasant little hotel and for the price we got was amazing value. Everyone was very very helpful. Our first night we locked the safe and entered the incorrect number , they helped us . ( in our defence we were very jet lagged) . It’s so close to the beach about 10 mins walk, to bigger supermarkets 3/4 mins to Avenue 5 only 6/7 mins. Had great Wi-Fi and a small but nice continental breakfast included in the price. A little bit disappointing was that their pool was being renovated (so I’m sure that would be fixed soon ) . On one occasion we were allowed into the sister hotel across the road , then we couldn’t go to it the next day and we’re directed to A beach club ( terrible loud music and overpriced everything not our thing at all .) You really need access to a pool at this moment in playa del carmen because the sargassum is awful , so I hope they get the pool fixed soon. The hotel staff are really lovely and the room was so comfortable and relaxing .

My family and I enjoyed a fantastic week here during our trip to Mexico from April 12th to 19th, 2025. We had a truly great time, and your staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. It was always a pleasure returning to our room to find it so nicely refreshed and impeccably clean, thanks to the wonderful cleaning staff. They even do towel animals like elephants, which would be a treat for kids! The rooftop pool was a lot of fun, and the location couldn't be better – it's within easy walking distance to everything we needed. Plus, having a French restaurant right next door was a bonus. We really appreciated being able to find anything extra we needed so conveniently. We are so grateful we chose to stay here. Thank you for having us

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The location is perfect—close to the bustling 5th Avenue, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. There are plenty of dining options nearby, offering great variety. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay!

The location is a quiet street but walkable to the beach and restaurants. The staff are nice and helpful. I especially say thank you to Sarai.

Fantastic little hotel - all the staff Gina Sarai victor and the cleaning girls amazing . So clean and very comfortable. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in . We had the suite and the little kitchen and fridge freezer great . Beds comfortable and place is spotless .

The experience of the holiday over all was fantastic, and we have to thank the staff for making making so, comfortable rooms, and situated in quiet part of playa del carmen, nothing wasn’t too much to ask the staff where always there to help us, we definitely will be back, thank you again for making our holiday so amazing.

Junior Suite is Great for a long stay.
The advertised Executive suite does not have a kitchen. That should be made clearer.

El hotel en general está bonito y limpio, solo el cuarto que nos dieron (el que es pegado a la alberca) se escucha todo y cuando despertamos teníamos agua dentro del cuarto

I guess this hotel has to be reviewed on the basis that it is a very cheap place in the middle of a very expensive town. The pros are that it is in an excellent location with large, comfortable beds, good air conditioning, a large fridge, microwave and electric hob and a lot of storage space and has friendly staff. The cons are that it is very basic in terms of facilities, the rooms are small, there is very little equipment in the kitchen and it needs a proper deep clean ( there were cobwebs, the bed head was very dusty and there was a lump of hair stuck on the back of the loo door which other reviewers have mentioned). The rooms also have very thin walls and the staff have very poor English. Also the breakfast was pretty dismal and when we had to leave early for a trip before the time when breakfast could be brought to the room, they were not willing to put it in the fridge for our return. In conclusion it was sufficient for our needs since we planned to be out for most days and it was near lots of restaurants and the beach so good value for money.
