Stay away from this hotel!
Pros:

The only positive aspect was some of the food — the fresh omelettes in the morning and the grilled dishes in the evening were good.

Cons:

This was a terrible experience. We had to book this hotel very quickly due to the cancellation of our original reservation, and unfortunately it turned out to be a big disappointment.

Most of the staff were quite rude and unhelpful. The rooms clearly need renovation and proper maintenance. One night it rained and our top-floor room flooded. The entire room was covered with water. Our suitcases were on the floor and all our clothes got wet. The balcony was also filled with garbage coming down from the roof.

We informed the hotel immediately and asked for compensation. We requested a discount that we could use two weeks later, but they refused. Instead, they offered us a room upgrade and breakfast served in the room. Since we were not spending our days at the hotel, these options were not useful for us. When we declined, they simply said there was nothing else they could do. The hotel manager did not even come to see us or apologize in person.

I am attaching a picture of the toilet, which honestly summarizes the poor condition of the facilities.

We would definitely not return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Un taxi devait nous emmener à l’hôtel avec la réservation booking et nous avons payé 100$ qui n’était pas prévu

Excelente la comida, muy variada , de calidad y abundante tanto en el desayuno como en el almuerzo y cena. El personal super amable y al servicio del huésped. La habitación grande, cómoda, moderna y limpia. Hermoso lugar!

La pasé de maravilla, disfrute mucho, la pase tranquila, me bañé mucho, tienen un menú muy variado.

Buen Hotel pero con muchas oportunidades de mejora.

Las piscinas y lo espacioso de las habitaciones.

Cons:

Las bebidas, eran todas de muy baja calidad, pienso que pueden incluir algunas marcas no premium locales si se quiere, pero no todo "metralla". Tampoco me gustó el hecho de que no tenga playa, y aunque tienen un bus que te lleva y trae, pudieran tener un stand del hotel allí con servicio de bebidas para los huéspedes que llevan y no dejarlos allí en aquella playa pública a su suerte. Eso lo pueden y deberían mejorar.
