Servicio malisimo, mala atencion de la gente, muy mala organizacion, el primer dia ya nos quisimos ir a otro hotel lamentablemente no conseguimos lugar caso contrario nos ibamos sin importar pagar extra en otro lugar, el hotel tiene lindo lugar pero la atencion recibida fue malisima como asi tambien la organizacion con las comidas, snacks, horario de desayuno, todo estaba mal

Cons:

I am disappointed that the photos of the rooms did not match reality. Upon arrival, there were cockroaches in our room, and the water shut off twice while I was showering. It was also difficult to communicate with the staff due to their limited English proficiency. Furthermore, for a 4-star hotel, there must be basic amenities like toothpaste and a toothbrush to be provided; instead, they made us go buy them from their own pharmacy!
