God placering, rent, pænt værelse, buffet med stort udvalg.

Værelset, snorkle mulighederne var gode,

Cons:

Snacks kvalitet, man kunne ikke booke restaurant på dagen - Det opdagede vi selv og var utilfredse med det. Dårlig procedure med strand håndklæder, at vi selv skulle opdage processen og rende 3 gange frem og tilbage til receptionen, istedet for at ordne det fra start ved check-in. Meget uprofessionelt og meget enkelt at rette op på.

A nice and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The room was vert big, comfortable and clean. The balcony was big and we could see the sea. The gym was very good. The parking for the car was good and the staff was supportive at the entrance.

Cons:

Staff in general was not particularly welcoming. Although there were definitely some workers very professional and friendly, that was not the case for any others. The breakfast was ok but we were expecting more variety.

That I have to get a bus to get to beach and I drive and wend you drive the people that on the entrance of the beach charge parking and umbrella very disappointed food especially restaurants Alma de Bayahíbe got there 8.50 pm and it was 10.14 pm and at that time the application it was for 9.00PM recive the food at 10.14 I ask for EXTRA well done and it was rare all blood 🩸 inside last persone my wife and I receive food very disappointing this is not a 4 start resort I give 3 star also I pay to much money and the room do not have a coffee machine I ask for the coffee machine and I still waiting for it I fly 3 to 4 times from New Jersey to DR and go to many resorts and never see a place like this I read the feat back to late so many and the management do not do nothing about mi opinion I DONT RECOMMENDED this resort to nobody and also the Chinese restaurant is not included I resort another down from this resort VERY disappointed never again stay here peoples read reviews before booking here

Me encanto la salida al mar que tienen disponible.

Faltan camastros de playa (reposeras) para la cantidad de huéspedes, y falta una discoteca

Camera spaziosa con un bel terrazzino, struttura fornita di farmacia, negozio souvenir e banco escursioni. Belli i bar delle piscine e il food truck, così come il buffet del ristorante, vario e buono. Ottimo il servizio navetta per la spiaggia ma bello anche l'accesso al mare che si puo avere dall'hotel!

Unica pecca della camera: la porta del bagno andrebbe sistemata

Non è un 5 stelle, un buffet di cibo industriale, frutta acerba, un hotel 5 stelle senza prodotti di base senza glutine, un divano letto nella junior suit con un materasso talmente sottile che abbiamo dormito i tre nel letto matrimoniale, abbiamo cercato di parlare con un direttore responsabile ci hanno risposto che in hotel non c'è. Abbiamo lasciato la camera un giorno di anticipo non ci hanno rimborsato nulla. L ultimo giorno è caduta la TV che stava attaccata in alto al muro, noi onesti abbiamo denunciato l,accaduto, ci hanno fatto pagare 200€ di danno, e miracolosamente è apparso un direttore responsabile. Pessima esperienza non è un trattamento di ospitalità. Soprattutto non da 5 stelle.
