Pet Friendly Regulations
GENERAL FEATURES
• We accept 1 pet (dog or cat) per apartment or room with a maximum weight allowed of
15 kg.
• The pet accommodations service is always upon prior request and requires a supplement
of 15 euros/night.
• The Hotel provides the pet with a bed, a feeder, a drinking bowl and a courtesy snack pack.
• Guests must show their pet’s vaccination and deworming certificate, and it must be clean
and completely free of fleas and ticks.
• If you walk into the common areas where pets are allowed, it must wear their identification
collar and a leash at all time, and must behave appropriately and always respect other
guests.
• Dog breeds considered as “potentially dangerous” must wear a muzzle all time within the
hotel facilities.
IN THE ROOM
• Guests must hang the “Do not disturb” sign provided by the Hotel on the door handle
whenever their pet is inside to indicate to the staff that they are not allowed inside the room.
• In order to coordinate with the cleaning service, guests must inform front desk when their
pet is not in the room.
• Under no circumstances may the pet bathe in the guests’ bathroom.
• The pet may not be left alone in the room for long periods of time. In any case, the owner of
the pet must be within the hotel facilities and be reachable.
RESTRICTED ZONES
• The regulations of the Ministry of Health state that pets are not allowed in commercial
premises where food is prepared, sold or stored. For this reason, pets are not allowed in the
Hotel restaurant or the Bar.
• In the event that the Hotel has a swimming pool, pets are not allowed in the pool area and
are not allowed to swim in this area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

No pudimos llegar a tiempo para la cena y nos tenían preparado un buffet frío muy completo, esperaba que fuera algo frío, estilo bocadillo, y era comida variada (costillas, merluza, ensaladilla...). El personal del hotel es muy amable y la habitación amplia y muy cómoda

Hotel nou de fora i vell per dins.
Pros:

L'esmorzar, correcte. Un bufet amb tot d'opcions per escollir.

Cons:

L'hotel està essent reformat. Ja podrien haver-nos posat en una habitació més nova. Era antiga i els armaris no feien bona olor. Hi havia un grup de la Imserso durant la nostra estada i estaven just a la part nova, mentre que nosaltres estàvem gairebé sols a la 2a planta. A més, a la reserva deia que tenia una triple i ens van donar finalment una quadruple (érem 3). Prefereixo més petita i moderna que gran i vella. Al vespre, molt de xibarri amb el Bingo musical i la nena volia dormir.
Malgrat tot això, el llit era còmoda.

Que la cena incluía bebidas (agua y vino)

Al entrar al hotel parece un hotel moderno y nuevo. Pero nos alojaron en una de las habitaciones de la segunda planta que está toda muy vieja y bastante lejos de lo que ofrecen
La primera planta y la entrada es todo nuevo y reformado, pero la segunda no. Desconozco las otras plantas.
El buffet era escaso de variedad

Bon lloc i bones instal·lacions. El buffet de l'esmorzar molt complet.

Cons:

Al entrar a esmorzar un dels cambrers em va fer el signe de que em tallava el Coll perquè em vaig entrar al menjador abans d'hora sense adonar-me.
Em podria haver comentat sense aquest signe tant lleig.
