Pet Friendly Regulations
GENERAL FEATURES
• We accept 1 pet (dog or cat) per apartment or room with a maximum weight allowed of
15 kg.
• The pet accommodations service is always upon prior request and requires a supplement
of 15 euros/night.
• The Hotel provides the pet with a bed, a feeder, a drinking bowl and a courtesy snack pack.
• Guests must show their pet’s vaccination and deworming certificate, and it must be clean
and completely free of fleas and ticks.
• If you walk into the common areas where pets are allowed, it must wear their identification
collar and a leash at all time, and must behave appropriately and always respect other
guests.
• Dog breeds considered as “potentially dangerous” must wear a muzzle all time within the
hotel facilities.
IN THE ROOM
• Guests must hang the “Do not disturb” sign provided by the Hotel on the door handle
whenever their pet is inside to indicate to the staff that they are not allowed inside the room.
• In order to coordinate with the cleaning service, guests must inform front desk when their
pet is not in the room.
• Under no circumstances may the pet bathe in the guests’ bathroom.
• The pet may not be left alone in the room for long periods of time. In any case, the owner of
the pet must be within the hotel facilities and be reachable.
RESTRICTED ZONES
• The regulations of the Ministry of Health state that pets are not allowed in commercial
premises where food is prepared, sold or stored. For this reason, pets are not allowed in the
Hotel restaurant or the Bar.
• In the event that the Hotel has a swimming pool, pets are not allowed in the pool area and
are not allowed to swim in this area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

La localisation
Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Le repas n’était pas bon et pas varié. La chambre était très vieille, la salle de bain en mauvais état, et dans l’ensemble tout était nul. Rien ne correspondait aux photos présentées sur Booking. Très déçu de mon séjour.

Chambre assez grande, vue sur piscine, lit très confortable, salle de bain moderne, grande douche, petit déjeuner et repas variés. pas loin de la plage, personnel agréable
mauvaise insonorisation, on entend dans les chambres à coté et surtout dans le couloir.

Excelente estancia. El hotel superó nuestras expectativas: instalaciones muy limpias y cuidadas, habitación cómoda y tranquila, desayuno variado y de buena calidad. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación también es muy buena, ideal para moverse y conocer la zona. Sin duda, una experiencia muy agradable; repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

l'endroit où on était pas loin de tout c'est le seul point positif.
On est arrivés avec un super hall d'accueil mais quand on est montés dans les étages seul le 1er était tres bien, mais le 2nd et 3 eme absolument déplorables.
La personne à l'accueil dépassée on a mis 40mn pour être enregistés.et le soir impossible de voir quelqu'un pour parler des lits personne à l'accueil et le ménage le lendemain bof.
Et 15e par jour pour avoir notre chien

Carrelage vieillot, porte en vieux bois pas isolés.

.Dans la chambre 2 lits simples pour dormir en couple alors que c'était noté lit double c'est tres moyen.

Accueil- la chambre confortable est de bonne dimension. Le petit déjeuner très varié et bon et surtout alimenté régulièrement. Très bon repas le soir. L'emplacement proche de toutes.
Les gens qui font du bruit quand ils rentrent tard le soir et qui n'ont aucun respect pour ceux qui dorment, mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien.
Le lavage du sol pourrait être un peu plus approfondi
