Outstanding, wonderful place to stay in Jerusalem. The best!!!
Pros:

This was my third time staying at the Scots House Hotel, and it was as wonderful as it has been on previous occasions. There just is not better location in Jerusalem, overlooking the old city and the hills beyond -- our room had a verandah which meant the very beautiful view was constantly there to be enjoyed. The room was very comfortable, staff exceptionally helpful, and the breakfast was simply outstanding, a vast selection of delicious hot and cold options. I will certainly return in future visits to Jerusalem, and recommend it very strongly indeed to others.

Not worth the money, very expensive (270โ‚ฌ for a standard room) compared to what you get. Definitively not a 4 star hotel

Please change the pictures of the hotel on Booking.com website, they do not hold with reality. The room had stains on the walls, the breakfast was in a tiny room full of people, no access to a terrace, which did not exist. The staff do not answer messages etc.

The staff are friendly and in the end the staff make for a pleasant hotel experience.
Pros:

I liked the staff, Especially John on the front desk who went above and beyond to make us welcome. The gardens around the hotel are quite pretty.

Cons:

The absence of sound proofing. There is a lot of infrastrcture renewal in Jerusalem so the roar of heavy machinery was quite intrusive during the day. On the other hand the work will finish one day.
