I loved the wonderful welcoming atmosphere in this beautiful hotel and the great service of the staff

נקיון בחדר, שיערות על מצעים , ארוחת בוקר, העובד בקסלה לא מדבר עבית או מסרב לדבר עברית. מוזר בהתחשב בעובדה שהמלון נמצא במערב ירושלים והה מלא בישראלים. גם לא ניתן להזמין משהו לשתות ללובי. אין מקרר בחדר.
מיקום מעולה, יש חניה נוחה ונוף יוצא מהכלל, המקום קרוב לתחנה הראשונה, לסינמטק, לתאטרון החאן, לימין משה ולמשכנות שאננים, הצוות נפלא בעיקר בחדר האוכל, שרות אישי נהדר
חדרים קטנים וצנועים, אין מעלית וזה מחייב יכולת טיפוס טובה. המבחר בחדר האוכל מצומצם אך טרי וטוב

המיקום נוח, החדר מרווח ונעים, המיטה יכולה להיות יותר נוחה, השירותים נעימים ונוחים, ארוחת הבוקר טעימה, הצוות היה אדיב.
המחיר ללילה אחד, 900 ש"ח, מעט גבוה מדי.
להתעורר בבוקר מול נוף על חומת העיר העתיקה, בלב העיר בגן מלא פרחים וציוצים של ציפורים.
מקום היסטורי, מעניין, צוות מאוד נחמד. הביא לנו הרגשה של חופשה נעימה.
Everything went well. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The view was magnificent and the grounds of the hotel were truly magnificent.
It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room
