Pros:

Excelente localização. Instalações confortáveis, limpas e com ótimo nível de manutenção. Fomos recebidos pelo funcionário Vinicius Souza, que nos atendeu de forma extremamente educada e eficiente. É a nossa hospedagem preferida em São João Del Rei.

Decepção pelo hotel e pela cidade.
Pros:

Quase nada.

Cons:

Dimensões do banheiro. Chuveiro elétrico sem pressão. Quarto sem tv com canais descentes. Dificuldade de locomoção. Escadas para todo lado. Preço incompatível. Com mesmo valor, me hospedo no Radisson de Curitiba.

Gostamos muito do hotel! Itens de cama e banho muito limpos, quarto e banheiro de tamanho bom. Amplo estacionamento e café da manhã delicioso! Em 5 minutos a pé você chega até o centro histórico, então achamos bem localizado. Ah, o hotel é muito bonito e Instagramável, remete às casas antigas da cidade com suas janelas típicas, fizemos muitas fotos legais! Funcionários super atenciosos (Aline da cozinha e Rejane da recepção), mas quero fazer um agradecimento muito especial ao funcionário Vinícius, muito gentil e educado, ficamos encantados com o atendimento dele! Recomendo demais!

Pros:

A aparência do hotel é muito bonita, emulando as construções típicas da cidade. O café da manhã é gostoso e variado. Senti falta de mais "mineirices", rs. Mas é bom.

Cons:

os quartos tem porta para o "ar livre". Fomos em época de frio e era uma luta para sair do quarto no friozinho pra ir pro café da manhã. Em época de chuvas, deve ser complicado. No quarto que ficamos, ouvia-se muito barulho da rua, quando passava carros de madrugada.

Bom Hotel com quartos amplos e decoração colonial.
Pros:

Hotel fica num antigo centro comercial. Estacionamento amplo, quartos bem grandes e confortáveis. Decoração no estilo colonial. Café da manhã mineiro com tudo que tem direito

Cons:

Ha muitas escadas entre os quartos (o que nao foi um problema para nós, mas pode afetar os mais idosos). Não há muito comercio na redondeza para ir a pé.
