THESE ARE VERY .ve me my superior room with a view of a narrow window, of cabinet with 4 Acs. I went back down to reception complaining and they gave me a better room.
4..at checkin they charge 100.000isr for 1 magnetic card. At check out reception did not want to refund my money before they checked my room. The 100.000 idr was for key deposit. I again got upset and got my money back.
NOTE: THERE IS NO JUSTIFICATION TO ASK 100.000IDR FOR A 2000IDR CARD. THEY DO THIS ONLY TO MAKE EASY MONEY From PEOPLE WHO FORGET OR ARE PRESSURED FOR TIME to collect their money.
HOW UNETHICAL.
4.Towels stained, sheets stained, take a shower water flows into entire bathroom, stains on alot of walls. Toilet seat so filty......!!!

I live in Indonesia, I too own hotels in Indonesia and would never treat my guest this way.

Cons:

L'addetto alla reception ha fatto casino con la nostra prenotazione, evidentemente non sa utilizzare bene Booking e così facendo hanno perso soldi sia noi che loro.
La camera era piena di zanzare in quanto non ci sono zanzariere in bagno ed entravano tutte da lì.
La scelta dei cibi per la cena è molto limitata.

the view is fantastic. the service is good and the staff is very helpfull. the rooms are good.

Cons:

the elevator system is dramatic because you have to wait long and this aggravated by the fact that their numerous staff is using it constantly. the swimming pool is ok but bit cold since it doesnt get direct sun. We didnt get any small towels and only one bathrobe

Very disappointing.
Pros:

The junior suite is very comfortable

Cons:

The lifts don't work, it would take me 15 mins to get to reception from the 11th floor. I waited that long on level 4 to get back to my room I took the stairs.

Pros:

very comfortable hotel with a view in the city on the 15th floor.
Great rooftop to have a drink at night.
Comfortable and big bed
Walking distance to main attractions of the city

Cons:

Bit old but gives a 90s vibe, wasn't in any way a bad thing

Opposite the Losari mosk with a view from the 17th floor was a marvellous experience
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was the most extended I experienced in more than 20 years travelling

Great hotel
Pros:

Great hotel, close to Losari beach and 99 Kubah Mosque or 99 Golden Dome Mosque. Great breakfast, big rooms, swimming pool. I recommend this hotel.

The food quality must be improved
Pros:

The room was nice and the Losari beach view was excellent. The room is great, the AC is cold and the bathroom is pretty good too. However, the food quality should be improved. Then the food should be diverse and the quality of the food should be improved.

Hotel Arthama Makassar is still the choice of stay
Pros:

The location of this hotel is strategic, close to everywhere. Room size is ideal, bathroom is small but water is fine. For breakfast, there are many choices and the taste is good.

Cons:

The room floor is a little sticky, please clean it. The rest is good.
