Near the beach, but not worth the price
Pros:

Good hot water, reliable Internet, pleasant staff, and I felt safe inside the hotel.

Cons:

I had two rooms, the first was a "suite" with nice windows, but the dumbest bathroom I've ever seen, with a frosted glass wall, so you had to close the blinds if you wanted to use the toilet. It had a huge, knee-high tub with very slanted sides, and only a hand-held sprayer, no overhead shower. The hand basin had mold in the grout and no hand soap. I asked for a room with a real shower, and was moved to a smaller room. That room also had mold. I asked if I could have a discount because I was in a much smaller room,, but they said I already had a prepaid discount from Booking, so take it or leave it. I took it, because I didn't want to slip and fall in the stupid bathtub in the suite, but that meant I was paying double what I paid in the previous hotel, for a room a meter wider, but less clean. The beds were very hard. Luckily, the second room had two beds, so I took the topper off one and put it on the other, and folded both comforters in half on top of that, so I finally got enough comfort to sleep. Twice when I had maintenance issues, it took me asking 3 days in a row before they got fixed. The hotel is on a seedy street with noisy bars and massage shops every few doors, including one right across the street with a 5-meter-high naked woman in neon. I also really hate having to beg for toilet paper--there should be a spare roll.

The stay was acceptable. Location was good with plenty of eateries and walking distance to the beach. Hotel owner needs

Location was good.

Cons:

Blocked drain. Some power point did not work. We booked two rooms and one dis not have a window so the stay in that room was stuffy and uncomfortable.

The location was great. Very close to My Khe beach

Cons:

The ACs didnt function all the 4 days. We called them thrice to fix the issue but they couldnt fix it. The doors had an issue, ruining sleep. Poor experience overall

Cons:

Đường hẹp, không có chỗ đỗ xe. Mình đi dịp tết k biết nhân viên hay người nhà phục vụ thấy không thực sự niềm nở.

All in all I enjoyed it
Pros:

Didn't eat there, how the location was great due to the closeness to the beach and cafés.

Cons:

The widows were so dirty I couldn't see out and the fridge didn't work. Took 3 days for them to get a working one.
