אם זה היה מלון 3 כוכבים לא הייתי מתלונן, אבל בשביל מלון 5 כוכבים התמורה למחיר לא דווה את זה בכלל.

אחלה גיוון בארוחת בוקר, מיקום מצויין ממש ליד הים.

הצוות בספא ובקבלה לא מסביר פנים בלשון המועטה. הבריכה מלאה בילדים צורחים שמשפריצים על כולם וכוסות פלסטיק בתוך הבריכה. הניקיון בחדר על הפנים, במיוחד בשירותים ובמקלחת הכל היה בשיערות.

נהדר נחזור שוב תודה לורד אלבר המקסימה

הגענו לחגוג יום הולדת בתחילה לא היינו מרוצים כלל מהחדר שנתנו לנו אך ורד אלבר המקסימה מיד שדרגה אותנו לחדר מצוין הקשיבה והיתה סבלנית ואף עלתה איתנו לחדר לראות שהכל כמצופה. הלוואי שבכל מלון היתה משהי כזאת אדיבה עם האורחים

Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing luxurious holiday next to the magnificent Netanya sea coast.

Location is perfect, overlooking the ocean; rooms are spacious, clean and luxurious. High standard maintained at each meal; Friday night Shabbat meal was particularly exceptional. It was a pleasure to be contacted by the Guest Relations Manager, Vered Elbar to get feedback about my stay and kindly offering her personal assistance for any future bookings with the hotel.
