המיקום, הנוף וארוחת בוקר היו טובים, אין תלונות.

המלון ישן, לא ממש נקי. בלילה שהיינו לא היו מים בכל המלון, לא יכולנו להתקלח לא בערב, לא בבוקר. בסוף נאלצנו לעזוב ממש מוקדם בבוקר כי זה היה כבר בלתי נסבל להישאר בתנאים כאלה ואיך ללכת לבריכה שאחרי אין סיכוי להתקלח? הכי גרוע זה היה יחס של המלון - אדישות מוחלטת. לא הציעו החזר, פיצוי, זיכוי או אפילו מחווה מינימלית. יצאנו מוקדם, מאוכזבים וכועסים, עם התחושה ששילמנו מחיר מלא על שירות שלא קיבלנו. מבחינתנו, ההתנהלות הזו אינה ראויה למלון שמכבד את האורחים שלו.

כשמקצוענות והצלחה נפגשים ביחד.

תמורה מלאה לכסף, פשוט חוויה , נוף מדהים על הים בלילה משקיף לעיר היפה ובמהלך היום מנקה את הנפש להביט אל הים הכחול.
שירות מהיר ואדיב, בעיקר רוצה להודות לורד אלבר מנהלת קשריו האורחים של המלון שעוד לפני ההגעה דאגה לוודא שהשהייה תהיה מהנה כמה שיותר.
אין ספק שאחזור שוב, מלון נקי בריכה גדולה ויפה עם נוף לים, אוכל ברמה גבוהה , ארוחה מגוונת.

שירות מזעזע במיוחד היחס של הצוות והמנהלת
לא נותנים מענה ומתנקים בפרצוף
בחיים אני לא אחזור למלון הזה ולא לרשת של המלונות האלה
שילמנו 4000 שקל ליומיים ולא יצאנו מהחדר מרוב שהיה מחפיר
יש מלונות הרבה יותר טובים בפחות כסף
לא ממליצה בכלל בכלל!!!
