Bel hôtel, une suite, superbe, très bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Accueil minimaliste Personne ne parle anglais à la réception. Donc échange très difficile. Personne pour vous accueillir avec vos bagages accueil, indigne d’un quatre étoiles. Dommage car l’hôtel est très beau.

Very good location and comfortable place for short stay.
Pros:

Excellent location in city center with many good restaurants and cafe nearby in walking distance.
The premise and buildings are very big and accommodate large group. The reception hall is as large as a 5star hotel. There is also a large back garden, tennis court. The room is very large, so is the bed. Given the facilities and infrastructure, the hotel can be upgraded to 5-star if the services and amenities are of better quality.

Cons:

The beautiful swimming pool in the back yard is not operational. The facilities and amenities in the room is just at the level of a 3-star hotel, despite the large room. The mattress of the bed, the cushions and the blanket is not too comfortable, somehow old. The equipment in the toilet is also old, although still in good condition.
The services are just acceptable. The breakfast has many sufficient number of dishes but the quality is just mediocre.
