Zentral gelegenes Hotel in belebter Straße
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral zwischen den Stationen „Hauptbahnhof“ und „Theresienwiese“. Zum Hotel gehört ein kleines Brauhaus, wo man gemütlich etwas trinken und essen kann! Es bietet auch Außenplätze an.
Weitere Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in der Nähe!
Die Straße des Hotels ist stark belebt, man sollte nicht geräuschempfindlich sein!
Das Zentrum ist in ein paar Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber, auch auf den Fluren war der Teppich nicht gereinigt! Das Zimmer roch muffelig, wir haben Duftstäbe besorgt, dann ging es!
Wir waren an einem heißen WE dort, es gab keine Klimaanlage, ein Säulenventilator stand zur Verfügung!

Dobra lokalizacja dla podróżujących pociągiem, ale raczej na krótszy pobyt.
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja blisko dworca (choć sama ulica dość hałaśliwa, jak to przy dworcu, za to wiele restauracji, a w pobliżu Lidl i Rossmann, tylko zatłoczone). Pokój czysty, sprzątany co 2-3 dni. Czajnik w pokoju, suszarka.

Cons:

Nie jest to klasyczny hotel - nie ma osobnej recepcji, foyer, przechowalni bagażu, pomieszczeń, w których można by było usiąść i popracować albo porozmawiać poza pokojem - wchodzi się przez wejście do restauracji. Pokój dość ciasny – wąskie biurko i łóżko były tak blisko, że trudno było ustawić sensownie krzesło, co dla podróżujących służbowo, którzy muszą popracować, może być problemem. Śniadania mało zróżnicowane i monotonne (przy dłuższym pobycie mały wybór może znużyć). W dzień świąteczny, wolny od pracy, restauracja była po południu i wieczorem zamknięta.

Nettes Personal und saubere Zimmer

Cons:

Beim Frühstück, fehlte einiges, wie kleine Löffel, passende Tassen für Milchkaffee und Tee. Marmelade war verklebt, konnte nicht entnommen werden. Die Lage in der Nähe vom Deutschen Theater und des Bahnhofs sind gut. Aber die Umgebung ist sehr herunter gekommen. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts.

Check in ab 15 Uhr.
17.10 Uhr waren wir vor Ort, nach ca 20 min warten, bis endlich jemand kam, hieß es, das Zimmer sei noch nicht fertig, wir sollen noch 20 min warten (uns hat niemand vorher informiert, dass das Zimmer nicht fertig ist).

Nach 30 Minuten warten und diskutieren war das Zimmer immernoch nicht fertig, man sagte uns, wir sollen doch stornieren, oder eine Zimmerkategiere niedriger nehmen.

Nein danke, so ein Theater, ohne vorher informiert zu werden, dass das Zimmer nicht fertig ist. Wir haben das Zimmer dann storniert und uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht.
