Great hotel in Munich
Pros:

The location, the staff, the breakfast, the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities.

Cons:

The size of the room was different to the pictures shown on bookings.com. There was no air-conditioning or fans (stayed during a heatwave so it got very hot)

Close to the station, large modern and rooms, with friendly staff.
Pros:

Room was big, the bed was comfy, the water pressure in the shower was great. The hotel is attached to a bar restaurant and it was pleasant to sit there and have a drink later on in the evening. Check in was automated with a touchscreen. Staff that we met, were helpful and attentive.

Cons:

It was a little noisy after 11pm. People shouting and glasses breaking across the street. If this property had AC it would have been amazing, but I knew it did not before I booked it, I just wasn’t prepared for the 36c heat, but obviously that’s not their fault. For those travelling with curious youngsters there are strip clubs on both streets approaching the hotel.

Pros:

The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is located on a very noisy street. We also felt that having our mobile phones as the only way to lock/unlock the door was both insecure and inconvenient.

If you want a quiet night in that not‑so‑great area, I’d recommend this hotel
Pros:

I needed to stay overnight in that area, so my main goal was to find a quiet room without any noise from the street. The district was full of clubs and bars, so it was quite a challenge. I got lucky with this hotel, and my windows overlooked the inner garden (or whatever it was). The night was peaceful, and I had a good sleep. That’s why I stayed satisfied, and I can recommend that hotel. Also, the staff were friendly, but they could barely speak German

Cons:

The AI bot and the early online check‑in are simply USELESS! First of all, they don’t send you a direct link, so I had to search for it myself on the hotel’s website. And I didn’t get anything via email either. Secondly, when I arrived, I went straight to my room because I already had a code on my phone. It turned out, though, that I still couldn’t use the room properly, since there was NO electricity. To get the power working, I had to go to reception, wait in line for 10 minutes, and finally get my key card. If I had known it was going to end up like that, I honestly would not have wasted my time on this online check‑in. Keep that in mind!

Also, the area itself wasn’t very nice overall, but for one night that was alright.

Pros:

I didn’t like anything about this place.

Cons:

No front desk or staff. Dirty! Smells really dirty too. Not in safe areas. Too much noise. It is not a hotel. They just put name as hotel.

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett war OK.

Cons:

Beim Betreten des Hotels schallte einem eine extreme Lautstärke entgegen, eine Angestellte saß im Eingangsbereich und schaute irgendwelche Videos, nahm aber ansonsten keine Notiz von eintretenden Leuten. Das Zimmer war definitiv nicht das was ich gebucht habe. Auf den Bildern sehen sie toll, modern und groß aus. Meines war alt, klein und verwinkelt. Mit zwei Personen wäre es schwierig geworden. Mit Badezimmer lagen Hygienebeutel die aber leider schon gefüllt waren. Duschen ist nur im Dunkeln möglich. Der Duschbereich ist durch eine Mauer und eine schwarze Glastür vom Bad abgetrennt und somit fällt kaum Licht in den Bereich. Das Zimmer ging zum Innenhof dort war bis 24:00 Uhr eine extreme Lautstärke, Fenster schließen ging auch nicht aufgrund der extremen Wärme in dem Raum. Die Lage ist definitiv nicht empfehlenswert.

Pros:

Everything was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and equipped with a fan, as well as tea and coffee. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and I really enjoyed the beer from their own brewery—special thanks for that! 😉 Everything was within walking distance. The only downside was the noise at night, but then again, it is a lively area.

Це був непоганий готель за свої гроші. Хоча їм варто покращити, оновити інтерʼєр.
Pros:

Шикарна локалізація. Піша доступність до центру. За доплату в 15 євро можна заселитися на 3 години раніше.

Cons:

Стан апартаментів посередній, думаю варто освіжити ремонт. Прозора скляна ванна кімната не зовсім комфортна якщо ви подорожуєте вдвох.
