Eine Nacht war okay aber nochmal oder länger auf keinen Fall

Bad war relativ schön.
Wir konnten problemlos über WhatsApp einchecken und auch ohne Probleme einen Late Check-out buchen.

Cons:

Leider hat das Zimmer extrem nach Rauch Gestunken sogar die Bettwäsche. Nachts öfter aufgewacht und gewundert warum ich so nach Rauch stinken obwohl ich garnicht rauche aber das war das Bett und das ganze Zimmer. Das war leider echt sehr unangenehm. Auf dem Boden war alles voller Staub Klumpen als wäre garnicht gestaubsaugt worden. Im Flur hat es extrem nach Fritten Bude gerochen was zwar unangenehm war aber bei weitem nicht so schlimm wie der Rauch Geruch.

Es ist ok wenn man die Unterkunft nur zum schlafen benötigt.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Kurzer Weg vom Bahnhof aus und man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Innenstadt.

Cons:

Es war nicht so sauber. Haare im Bad, auf dem Bett, Dreck in den Ecken.
Statt dem gebuchten Zimmer erhielten wir ein Behindergerechtes Zimmer. Dadurch war das Bad komplett darauf ausgelegt, allerdings für uns alles zu klein, Dusche komplett Offen und zu klein.

Unangenehme Gerüche und teures Parkhaus!
Pros:

Die Lage zur Uniklinik und auch in die Innenstadt zum Stachus ist unschlagbar!

Cons:

Als wir ankamen hat der gesamte Flur im 3. OG bereits nach unangenehmen Essengerüchen aus dem Brauhaus, was unter dem Hotel ist, gerochen. Und auch das Zimmer hatte einen fiesen Geruch nach altem Frittenfett, sodass unsere ganzen Klamotten danach rochen. Die Rezeption ist immer nur vormittags bis 14:00 Uhr besetzt und das Personal spricht entweder gar kein oder nur schlecht deutsch. Ich hatte im Vorfeld eine Nachricht über Booking an das Hotel gesendet und nach Parkmöglichkeiten gefragt. Man antwortete mir mit einer Empfehlung für ein naheliegendes Parkhaus, welches 25€ pro Nacht koste, man aber eine Ermäßigung vom Hotel bekäme sofern man das Ticket vorlegt. Davon wusste dann niemand an der Rezeption etwas und auch nicht, dass diese Nachricht überhaupt über Booking versendet wird. Letzten Endes mussten wir sogar 35€ pro Nacht für das empfohlene Hotel bezahlen!
Aufgrund der eher durchschnittlichen Bewertungen haben wir das Frühstück gar nicht in Anspruch genommen und haben in dem direkt gegenüberliegenden Café Mauerer gefrühstückt.

Es war ok und für kurze Dauer möglich
Cons:

Man hat trotz dessen des rechtzeitigen Bescheid sagens das man ein zu stell Bett braucht es erst vor unseren Augen aufgebaut und man hatte keine geh Möglichkeiten im Zimmer mehr da dieses viel zu klein war um dort ein weiteres Bett hin zu stellen . Dafür extra 20€ zu bezahlen war nicht gerechtfertigt . Man hatte mit Kinderwagen und Koffer wirklich keinen Platz und musste über die Betten laufen die nun nennender standen und somit kein Platz mehr war
