Seven Seas Hotel and Apartment

Clean, spacious and well located.
Tv in room doesn’t work, and late checkout is expensive in comparison to room rate.
There are no safes in the rooms, so any valuables (passport etc) have to be stored at reception.
No restaurant or drinks etc available.

Clean, airy, sunny room. I stay here the whole month of December 2022, using it as a home base to travel to other cities. I had a balcony room. Not one smell of mold that are so common in hotels in Vietnam. Great value for the location, 8 minutes walking distance from the beach and 1-2 minutes walking distance to many good places to eat. Off corner of the Main Street so the rooms are very quiet at night. Everything works as they’re supposed to. The staff: Trân, Tiền and Quôc are super receptive and helpful in booking my travels to other cities. They speak English. Don’t bother with the rooftop pool or breakfast- why would you when the beautiful beach is just 8 minutes walk away and there are tons of restaurants around the corner. There is underground parking (free) for your rental motorbike or car. For some reason the telephone number for booking is incorrect, the correct number is: 0258 351 5113. Enjoy.

It is the best place to stay for the price

The customer service was superb. I had lost my purse on the first day of the trip, and I was running short of cash and all my credit cards were not available. The staff was so patient with listening to my whole lost-purse story. The owner heard what I’ve been through and generously upgraded my room to VIP and let me know how I could reach to get help. Thank you so much for your kindness and everything. It would have been nightmare without your help.

I really enjoyed seven seas, we arrived several hours early due to the bus schedule that got us there, but they let us leave our bags there and go to the pool until it was time to check in. The room was surprisingly huge, it was at least twice the size of the rooms that we were used to, had a cute little patio and a 47 inch tv with some English channels. Would absolutely recommend staying here, I’ve been traveling for about 2 months now and this place was top 5

Very disappointing stay. A group of 8 of us travelling through Vietnam decided to treat ourselves with a nice hotel and as this looked nice with a rooftop pool we decided to go with it. For the two nights we were there, the stay was satisfactory. We were offered an upgrade for our second night but decided to stay where we were. One of the rooms, however, had dirty bed sheets upon arrival but we did not mention it to the staff. The breakfast was less than inviting, with very little on offer so we did not eat in the hotel for either of the mornings.

When checking out, the cleaner brought down our towels, bed sheets and pillow cases and spread them out on the reception desk and pointed out the ‘stains’ to the receptionist who proceeded to explain that we would have to pay for laundry. As the bed sheets were dirty when we arrived, we refused to pay for something that should be done anyway for the next guest. Things got worse. The cleaner then told the receptionist that there was a towel missing from my room which I made sure to check before leaving, so I went to back to the room myself and found the towel stuffed behind the toilet. The receptionist refused to believe I was telling the truth and told me they saw me on CCTV take a white towel. I brought my own towel with me travelling which is what they were referring to, which I never took outside the room. I then had to get the towel from my suitcase and show them it was mine for them to believe me. The implication that there may have been CCTV within the room is unnerving and totally disgraceful.

The service was excellent and room was great. Breakfast could do with more options though

This hotel is your standard Vietnamese 3-star experience. A cozy, yet comfortable, room with all the normal amenities. This hotel is ideal for those who are looking for an affordable base from which to explore Nha Trang as the hotel only provides breakfast and does not have a restaurant or bar.

Pleasant and friendly service, nice room, small upgrade (with balcony) very comfortable bed and a decent bathroom all make the stay great value for money! The best it is not, but it ticks most of the other boxes and I would come here again

Having just spent time at the most beautiful hotel in Hoi An for the same price, Seven Seas was a huge disappointment. The central location is great but the room itself was naff. It could be lovely as the main decor and flooring was clean and ‘beachy’ but the bed spread was quite different to the pictures, the room towels were stained, comp bathroom essentials were cheap and distasteful, empty balcony would have benefited from small table and chairs, kettle and cups but no teabags or coffee provided and the walls were really thin. Daily water was at least provided, and although breakfast was included it was pretty uninviting so we skipped it both days. We ventured up to the pool one afternoon but it was bare and the 4 beds were really dirty so we skipped the dip. Manager and one lady on front desk very nice and helpful but a couple of the others were unfriendly and disinterested. Simple things if improved would make for a far better stay.

The hotel is located close to the beach and all kinds of restaurants and Cafe's. The room is very modern and bathroom is very good. This was the good part.

Less good part:
A lot of Chinese tourists in the hotel, who scream at any occasion at any time (2am, in front of my door). Breakfast is mediocre. The reception holds your passport hostage as deposit.
Price was ok.

I hope that this review can help someone like me - this hotel is not worth the money.
After traveling for 3 weeks via bike we decided to spoil ourselves with a really nice hotel - so we booked Seven Seas - a balcony room with a roof top pool - and we where deeply dissapointed.
Dont get me wrong, the location is great, rooms are clean (nice bed) and there IS a roof top pool - but thats where it ends.
The pool is a pond, the rooftop is barren so all belongs must just be put on the floor. The hotel is loud - outside and in (we had people running a mock a floor below us in the corridor and the staff did nothing - they have cameras on each floor) as well as the light shines under your door and into your face all night. The breakfast is bare - apparently you could order things from the kitchen but no menus where given to you (i checked the hotel room guide for it as well)
Lastly, and my least favorite, the breakfast area smell horribly like fish due to them descaling fish in the kitchen with the door open.
Sadly the hotel has the facilities to be great, but its just not worth the money you have to pay.

We arrived at the hotel as a second option as our other hotel had let us down with the swimming pool. It was around 6am and we were told checkin was 3pm which was quite stressful as we had been travelling for 12hours on an overnight bus. Luckily the hotel owner could see our distress and offered us a room on the floor when his residences was which was very friendly of him.
The room was amazing, clean and modern. Nothing wrong with the room at all and well worth the money.
The pool on the rooftop had no sun beds to lounge on but we didn't use it much in our stay.
The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beaches.
Would definitely stay again :)
