Gorgeous Place with Beautiful People
Pros:

This place is AWESOME. If you are looking for a place to stay in Ninh Binh, this should be on the top of your list. This is the BEST place I have stayed so far on my travels. The family/owners are amazing people. They are super hospitable and there to make your journey/stay better in every possible way. They take care of nearly anything you could possibly need on your stay and if they can’t do it themselves, they will find someone who can. Tours, E-bikes, Food, Drink, Laundry, Massage, you name it, they will set it up for you. They offer food and drink on site and unlike other hotels they do not gouge you for the convenience, as all their prices are comparable to buying that stuff at a store further in town. They often offer a family style meal for travelers and it’s an amazing experience with the most delicious food you can imagine at a price that is fair and less than what you would pay for a single entree anywhere else. None of this is to mention the beautiful property that they maintain covered in gorgeous flowers . Truly a green paradise. Also it’s centrally located and you can easily get to several of the tourist attractions in Ninh Binh by bike or on foot. Give this place a try, I promise you will not be sad about the choice.

Un service magnifique qui nous donne tout sauf envie de quitter les lieux !
Pros:

Un établissement magnifique, calme et reposant. Très belle piscine, chambre très spacieuse et propre. Un restaurant à disposition si besoin.
Et je tiens vraiment a remercier les hôtes qui sont d’une gentillesse incroyable, des personnes qui savent recevoir et qui vous donnent envie de rester dans ce superbe cadre de Ninh Binh !

Cons:

Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner, il pourrait y avoir plus de variétés car en dehors des plats vietnamiens, pas beaucoup de choix.
Et aussi, c’est dommage la piscine est rapidement a l’ombre a cause du bâtiment d’a coté, mais ce n’est pas de leur faute 😉

Ban đêm khá ít đèn điện, mình đi ăn tối rồi đi bộ về sém lạc, Google dẫn đi vô 1 con đường nhỏ hẹp tối thui.

guesthouse parfaite et nourriture excellente

Avis aux francais: ne cherchez pas aiileurs a Ninh binh, cette guesthouse est parfaite (et je suis quelqu'un de plutot critique);
- piscine agreable bien sur
- chambres confortables
- nourriture vraiment excellente, que ce soit le petit dej copieux et varie, ou le "familly dinner" le soir qui restera parmi nos meilleurs repas de tout le vietnam
- location des e-bike. c'etait une premiere pour nous et on a adore cette facon de visiter la region. Ce sont quasiment de petites motos !
- l'aide pour planifier nos activites

Everything was amazing! The hosting family is very friendly and the atmosphere is super welcoming. Try out their delicious food as well. We had a room with a view on the mountains and it was truly breathtaking. One of the best homestays we’ve had :))
