La gentilezza dei proprietari e i tanti servizi offerti (lavatrice, bici/bici elettrica, piscina, cucina…). Inoltre molto silenzioso

Leuke Homestay met vriendelijke eigenaren. Heerlijk zwembad! A la carte ontbijt is prima en fruit kan je pakken. Best ruime kamers en goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
Bedden waren relatief hard en locatie is best ver (min 15 min e-bike tocht) van bruisende centrum Tam coc af. Wel dichtbij paar lokale winkels/restaurants.
Camera grande e spaziosa con letti molto comodi. Personale gentile e disponibile. È possibile prenotare escursioni, trasferimenti, bus etc direttamente da loro ed è un valore aggiunto. Bella piscina dove potersi rilassare ed è presente anche un ristorante dove fare colazione e pranzo. È possibile noleggiare bici. È presente anche il checkout tardivo e noi ne abbiamo usufruito.Nelle vicinanze sono presenti negozi e altri ristoranti ed è a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro città.
Unica pecca è la doccia che non ha il box o una tenda e di conseguenza si bagna ovunque nel bagno.
The staff are amazing. Super helpful and full of great recommendations. I hired a bike and they gave me a map of great things to do. The facilities are great and pool is very refreshing. The staff allowed me to check in earlier and also since I was leaving late encouraged me to still relax at the homestay and use shower if needed. They genuinely care about you having a good stay and couldn’t do more. If you’re thinking about going to ninh binh you should definitely stay here!

Great little homestay on a quite street with plenty of restaurants nearby. Owners are extremely helpful, speak good English,rooms are clean with good amenities, with comfortable beds. Pool was a welcome relief after a long day. Short distance to the main attractions of Ninh Binh. Homestay has bicycle hire and e bike hire at a very good price. Would definitely recommend.

El desayuno es exquisito. La habitación es muy linda y la piscina fue esencial. Me gustó mucho. La ubicación también es genial: con la bici puedes llegar fácil a varios de los lugares más interesantes y bellos.
Dos veces dejamos las llaves para que nos hicieran el aseo de la habitación y nadie lo hizo. Tampoco fue terrible, pero deberían mejorar esto.

신축건물?로 보이는 방에 묵었는데 깨끗하고 고객들을 위한 편의시설이 좋았어요. 근처에 은근히 로컬, 여행자들을 위한 식당, 카페 많아요. 샤워시설이 특히 좋았어요. 풍경도 멋져요^^
