Anyone found to have been smoking in the building will be liable for a cleaning fee of GBP 150 per room to cover the cost of deep cleaning. In addition any soiling or damage to the rooms will be charged accordingly.

I loved the cleanliness, the attentive staff, and the room was very good, comfortable, and spacious for three people. The hotel location is also very good.
If you come back late at night, you have to ring the doorbell and wait for someone to let you in. I had no issues because they answered quickly, but I think a more modern access system would be a great improvement. The bathroom could also use a modern touch, with a walk-in shower instead of a bathtub with a curtain. Additionally, there was no extractor fan in the bathroom.
Comfy beds, good view.
The radiators only got lukewarm, not even that really and only at certain times of the day. Wasn't able to turn them up as they was on the highest setting. . The little portable radiator in the room was well needed but the room and bathroom was still absolutely freezing despite that being on and the window shut. Staff didn't seem to want to be bothered. We got a call in the room on the morning of our late checkout, my partner picked it up. It was staff saying complaints about smoking in the room. We don't smoke! We wasn't very happy with this as the staff member said well we have had complaints. The roof below the window in our room 115 had lots of cigarette ends on it so obviously hadn't even been cleaned or checked before our stay. We wouldn't stay here again. The bed was 2 singles pushed together which kept moving so we had a big gap.
It was further from the venue than stated. Needed taxis to reach the venue we wished to arrive at. Beds were a little creaky with thin mattresses but bed linen was very clean

Noisy, shouting in the corridors which was alarming.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good. If I go back to Morecambe this hotel would be a top choice.
The stair rails and other surfaces were a bit sticky, but this for me was a small detail that did not detract.
Location was great. The size of the room was perfect for my family. I believe it was a little cheaper because we booked last minute.
I believe the hotel next door has smoking rooms which you could smell in the hall ways in the Auckland. We could not smell it in our actual room. Though. The hotel itself could do with a bit of modernising.

Vanuit het hotel had je een zeer goed zicht op de baai, en dat was zeer mooi! Absoluut een "Room with a view"!
Op de vriendelijkheid van het personeel was ook absoluut niets aan te merken.
Het hotel is wel eens aan een opfrissing toe. Wij hadden een beetje een "Fawlty Towers" gevoel ...
