A very pleasant stay
Pros:

Location was excellent and amazing views great function room and bar lovely staff who were very helpful

Cons:

It was very disappointing that the Entertainment wasn’t on. Everyone agreed that for a Saturday evening it was poor not even back ground music
Our party only stayed 2 nights so Sunday entertainment was of no use to us
The local pub was a great venue for all us hotel guests ( including most of the coach party) maybe the nights should be swopped around.

Pros:

2 of the beds were comfortable, the third was very squeaky whenever my daughter moved.

Cons:

The third bed was far too squeaky, the floorboards creaked alot too. Room 127 definitely needs some attention. I believe other rooms have been renovated.

Very enjoyable, will be back!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The room was really nice. The evening meal and breakfast were very good.
The bed was very comfy.

Pros:

Nice hotel,great location.

Cons:

There was no heating on in room and it was cold and bedding damp. Staff should ensure this is on and working before guests arrive. Unfortunately it was 11.30 pm after a very hectic day so had to tolerate it

the staff there so lovely and there always go above and beyound shame we missed chris this time but left him some halloween sweets
