The initial room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard and had a strong unpleasant smell. There were visible stains on the curtains, scuff marks on the walls, grime on the cooktop, and noticeable dirt/build-up in the bathroom, particularly around the grout and edges. Due to this, I felt uncomfortable staying in the room and had to request a change, which resulted in additional cost.

Very disappointing stay, the staff simply didn’t care about our concerns. Expensive for what it is.

The advertising is very deceptive, they show open windows, light and bright but the room has a tiny window into a carpark. It’s dark like a cave, our room smelt like someone had been smoking in it and when we asked if we could move the front desk just said “No” they gave no reason no apologies and no options. It was like now that they had our money they didn’t care.
I was disappointed, it’s not a cheap hotel in terms of the money but the way it presents and the staff response to customers it should be way cheaper.

My favorite place..
Pros:

Spacious, fully equipped one bedroom with a large balcony and amazing view. Coffee shop at the ground level offers the best pastries, location is two minutes away from the beach and many more restaurants and cafe's..

Cons:

I didn't like that it was too comfortable I wanted to stay longer, but I couldn't.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The reception staff were uninterested to the point of being rude. THe room was like a grey prison cell. The so called hotel had no charm or atmosphere and the advertised location was not 100m from the beach but 350 on a very noisy and busy road.

Great stay in a really great location.
Pros:

We arrived late and the instructions to enter were very clear. Room was clean, comfortable and recently updated. The location was great.

Cons:

No verandah & the only window in the room to let in light and see view was unfortunately very dirty.

Pros:

Ramada was in a great location - beds were comfortable and it was perfect for what we needed

Cons:

Walls were a little grimy, unfortunately there was some water issues on the property and we had no water until 6pm. We had been travelling for 8 hours so a hot shower was what we were all looking forward too. Once the water did kick in, first shower was warm for our kids, but the rest of the showers were cold

The second I walked in the room it stunk of cigarette smoke. The carpet felt 'crunchy' under my feet. The loud noise from the adjoining doors was disruptive.

The single aircon in living area is insufficient for the space-both bedrooms were hot and stuffy.
