Not so great.
Pros:

Very unprofessional staff. Lift does not work.
Hand towels in room have to be requested.
Checkout was a nightmare.
Breakfast had reheated food. Dehydrated and like leather . Invoice was not given by the hotel. They said I need to get from Hotels.Com. Never on previous occasion I was told this by others.
In all not a great place to stay.
