コスパ最強
Pros:

立地や設備全体を通して、とてもコスパが良かったです。
・ドミトリースペースが広い
・タオルがとても良い匂い(お茶系？)
・チェックイン時間よりも早めに到着しましたが、荷物を先に預かっていただきました。

Pros:

ロケーションが良く、清潔感もあった。

Cons:

夜から深夜まで、共用部や隣接の部屋からの音（声）が続いていた。（モラル？防音？）

Great location but extremely small rooms (even by Japanese standards).
Pros:

Great location. Very clean.

Cons:

The room we were in was very, very small. There was not even a second chair and we had to ask the staff to bring in an extra chair. The room was only about 150 sq. ft. Not entirely comfortable for two people.

Pros:

The location is incredible right next to the brick houses and all main attractions. Biggest room we stayed in within Japan. Bathroom was really nice as well.

여러분 하코바는 비지니스 호텔 저리 가라예요. 세면도구, 샤워도구, 큰 타월도 눈치보이지 않게 매일 갈아주고 욕실에도 항상 비치되어 있어 언제든 편하게 쓸 수 있어요. 게다가 슬리퍼까지 무료 제공. 제가 유럽여행 많이 다닙니다만 유럽 호텔에선 슬리퍼 무료 제공 안해요 타월도 추가로 사용하면 추가요금 내야 하고. 근데 하코바는 이 모든게 숙박비에 다 포함되어 있어요 그럼 숙박비가 비싸겠네? 오 노노, 제가 3박을 했는데 단지 10,465엔에 불과했어요(한화로 89,000원도 안되요) 말이 안되는 가격에 지상 최고의 서비스를 받았습니다. 그럼 직원들이라도 불친절할까, 오 노노!!! 엄청 친절해요. 영어 일어 모두 기능해요 마지막날 체크아웃할때 택시도 불러주시고 친절함의 끝판왕을 경험하실 수 있으세요. 주저 마시고 예약 하세요 ▶️ 😊 제가 감히 보장해 드립니다 아, 위는 하코다테역에서 노면전차타고 4정거장에서 내려 도보 3분이면 충분해요. 조식은 전날 예약해야지만 먹을 수 있는데 제가 맨날 까먹어서 조식은 아쉽게도 못먹어봤네요

Best location, excellent staff and hotel.
Pros:

Great location. Clean, quiet, good bed. Very nice staff. Great shared kitchen that is very well equipped, nice seating areas , rooftop terrace with great view.

到函館來可以考慮到這裡，離紅磚倉庫很近，隔壁就是有名的小丑漢堡.
Pros:

騎車環島，從青森坐船到函館，渡船到的時候已經晚了，都會選擇住在這一間，上下舖還算很乾淨，廁所浴室都很方便，隔壁又有著名的小丑漢堡可以吃！

沒有什麼特別不滿的地方！
