Labirent gibi bir yapısı var

루프탑에서 파티가 이뤄지는 날은 엘레베이터 와 같은 곳에 안내가 필요합니다 . 4성급 이상 호텔들은 루프탑에 바가 있지만 창문 방음을 확실하게 합니다
하지만 창문 방음이 확실하지 않은데 루프탑에서 금요일인지 토요일인지 DJ 불러서하는 파티는 누굴 위한 행사인지 이해하기ㅜ어렵습니다

정말 과한 소음으로 괴로워하는 객실 손님에게 귀마개응 주고 새벽 한시반이면 끝난다고 안내합니다

이 호텔은 반드시 루프탑을 충분히 즐길 손님에게 추천합니다

그리고 처음 받은 방은 화장실에 문도 없고 구조 또한 급하게 만든 느낌의 룸이였습니다
특히 침대 매트리스는 살짝앉아도 푹 꺼져버려서
불쾌감을 이루 말할 수 없었습니다
정말 이런 호텔이 4성급이라는것을 나는 믿을 수 없고
루체른 관광 물가를 정말 체감하게 되었습니다

그리고 침대 헤드 방향도 복도쪽이여서 밖에서 여닫는 소리 지나다니는 소리가 누우면 다 들립니다


컴플레인 후 바꾼방은 더 좋은 등급의 방이 아니라했지만
그래도 바꾸고싶어 바꿨는데
훨씬 아늑하고 정상적인 구조의 룸이였으며 화장실 문도닜고 침대 베드도 높고 아주 좋은 상태였습니다
테이블 또한 우드로 훨씬 좋은 상태엿습니다

여자 혼자 여행이라 치안이 중요하고 안전한 호텔에서 묵고싶었는데 사실 편히 묵지 못한 3일 이였습니다


그리고 깔끔한 청소를 노력하는 것은 알겠지만
침대 밑 카펫은 없애는것을 추천합니다
너무 오염되어 청소를 깨끗히해요 깨끗히 한 느낌이 안납니다

Sadly on arrival we overhead some reception staff mocking other guest asking extra linen, also head by another couple whom also believed this was inappropriate.

One male receptionist absolutely rude and made myself feel absolutely worthless, our room didn't look anything like what the internet showed, when we questioned it, it was stated "we are not the sheraton" our fridge was broken, needed to ask for a kettle

I didn't enjoy my stay at the hotel at all,

I like top notch is front desk managers and staff , they always welocming , helping and smiling

Small lifts. awkward to get to the reception area.

Resepsiyonist ukala ırkçı biri idi. Booking den kiraladığımız halde rezervasyonunuz yok dedi. İspatlamamız zaman aldı. Sonra oda sınıfımızı yükselttiğini söyledi, halbuki en kötü odayı vermiş. Sonra farkettik. 4 gün 3 gece kaldık. Çarşaflarımızı bırakın değiştirmeyi düzeltmediler bile. Sadece üst örtüyü düzeltmişler.

We picked the hotel because of the car park, but it’s quite expensive and a bit uncomfortable as the basement is quite small, spaces were tight, it’s really hot, and you have to use a car elevator to get in/out.

I had booked deluxe rooms, when we got a different building there was a very strong bad smell in one of the room and the other one was smelling cigarette. We had to. One of the staff had showed me the room and it was even worse. Finally, we went to another room in the same building and that was OK but nothing close to the deluxe. At the checkout, I asked for some sort of credit they said since it was through Booking.com, they won’t be able to give me any credit. They have to contact Booking.com. I would never recommend this hotel very bad experience first day in Switzerland.

Parksituation

Property is very much overpriced. Facilities were barely there. Staff is not at all good and seems rude. Not at all welcoming. Saturday nights are so noisy inside the room as well due to their penthouse disco.

O banheiro tem um Box muito pequeno, quase sem espaço para banho. Não tem frigobar.

Very disappointing experience.

The hotel deducted CHF 120 (CHF 40/night) from my security deposit as a pet fee without informing me or giving me the option to pay separately. For this fee, not even a water bowl was provided.

The standard room was extremely small, with an open-plan toilet and no separating door to the bedroom. Reception said all standard rooms were like this, although other guests had rooms with a glass bathroom door.

It also took several days and repeated reminders to receive a clear invoice. Undisclosed charges, inconsistent information and poor communication made this a very disappointing stay.
