It was welcoming
Their is no ac in the rooms just a small fan
Excellent customer service. The rooms were practical, functional and clean. Good location to town and facilities: cafes, supermarkets and busy town.
The rooms were practical over comfort and luxury. Great for a short stay.

It would have been nice to have a lamp next to the bed instead of having to have the bright overhead light on while reading in bed.

Het was ongeveer 30° op de kamer en de ramen konden niet open of slechts 15 cm open. Er was geen airco aanwezig en daarnaast was er ook een lamp afgedekt met een stuk plastic. Beetje vreemd. Er was een keuken, maar totaal niet voorzien van spullen. Dus dat er in de advertentie iets gezegd wordt over de keuken is niet terecht.

The staff were so friendly and professional. The room was very clean, and the bed was sooo comfy! The shower had great pressure and the price was more than okay.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.
Room, beds and bathroom were clean, although fridge was not.
The room was extremely hot. We were in the middle of the heat wave, but it was still unbearble. The staff had set up a number of fans before we arrived, but they were blowing very hot air. Leaving the windows open meant that we got the sounds of the north circular all through the night.
Nice and clean, good facilities, good location with various bus stops nearby and both members of staff that I spoke to were lovely.
Only reason I gave it a 9 instead of 10 is because I was there during a heatwave and without air con the room was still a little bit too warm even with the fans they had in there. Not exactly their fault but still something that made the experience just slightly less than perfect.
The location was brilliant for our gig at Tottenham Hotspurs stadium. The staff were very friendly.
The room was soooo hot and we were told that the windows pulled open but they were impossible to open, so we spent a very uncomfortable night. Yes, there was a heatwave though.
The shower wasn't very powerful and the shower gel in the room seemed old.
