Walking distance to exhibition centre. so its easy
hotel is clean and nice. Staff can speak little english, which is ok.
No food facility
As its near exhibition, should take care of foreign clients.

The location of the accommodation is really near the Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and Train Station so it is easy to commute for business travels for instance.
The Primus Residence is very comfortable, the room is spacious, they amenities are complete, they provide amost everything needed when you ask.
Access to the Primus Hotel (another building) swimming pool. Unfortunately, it got closed due to area covid restriction mid-way through our stay.
The location on a more practical & lifestyle aspect is quite remote, it is not in a dynamic commercial area. There are few convenient shops around and simple restaurants only. Also, it's more significant if you travel with family and kids, there isn't much activities around, and no parks for instance.
Also, some amenities (kids playground) that are not being used often had major hygiene issues. We found dead and living insects there, and it took 3 reminders to properly clean them.
One staff member at the front desk SHOULD NOT work in the hospitality industry, he lacks the basic communication skills and etiquettes (and I spoke Chinese to him) for welcoming guests.
