Soap was empty in the room. Reception are trying to help but they do not all speak English.

古い施設ですが、もろもろ便利で、かつスタッフの方も気持ち良い対応で大満足です
お掃除の方も綺麗にしていただき、行き届いているなと強く感じました。　コンビニ直結、駅近、周囲ご飯屋さん沢山‼️

Perfect hotel for a stay in Daegu. Location was great with easy access to public transport. Hotel had everything you needed. Rooms are a great size.

這是一間非常棒的旅館，原先早上寄放行李遇到的櫃檯女生態度極冷漠，幸好下午4點要入住時櫃檯瘦瘦的男生態度很友善＆盡力協助。
飯店硬體設備極好、極美，房間大又寬敞舒適，又有大浴缸，又有迎賓飲料，又有按摩椅，又有免費洗衣機＆烘衣機，真的是一家超級好的飯店。如果下次還會到大邱，此飯店絕對是我的首選。

Hotel room is spacious and love the interior decorations. Bed was good. Will recommend to family and friends.

地點非常的方便~去每個地方都很近~離地鐵站也近~
住宿的這幾天大邱有辦活動，樓上有點吵，一直聽到小孩在尖叫，但反而聽不太到隔壁的聲音，都是樓下的聲音。

This property exceeded all of my expectations.
It's so close to a subway station and close to plenty of food places and shops.
Loved the decor of the hotel. There is a GS25 connected to the hotel which is so convenient!
Staff are friendly and so helpful. They helped a friend and myself out with a slight issue and they did it with no hesitation.

Looking forward to staying here again :)

Great location, helpful staff. Rooms were nice and clean. Buffet breakfast, though, was only average.

The house keeping is great, hotel clerks are friendly and nice, however, servers for the happy hour and breakfast are poorly trained not friendly and often hostile towards the guests. Examples of this can be seen on a daily basis, and they set a dismal mood for the area..it is like you are a burden to them when you go into the room.
Very rigid checkout times with fiscal penalties if you try to check out late even though they have specials for late checkouts but not sure how they apply them.

This is honestly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was huge with a lovely bathroom, the bed was very cosy with great pillows and you even get super comfy slippers. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the metro and the best part of Daegu. I can't wait to go back.

it is such a lovely place with beautiful decorations and friendly staff, high level of facilities.

飲食店の多いエリアに立地している。個性的な内装が楽しい。ウォシュレット付きトイレが、浴室とは独立してある。ウェルカムドリンクではビールも選べる。コンセントの位置が限られていて、テーブルがやや小さいので、資料を広げての仕事はしにくいが。

ブティックホテルと謳っているだけに室内はおしゃれで雰囲気が良く、衣類の自動クリーナーまで置いてある。また場所的にも繁華街にあるので食事にも便利。受付、レストランのスタッフもテキパキして感じがいい。
