Pros:

Ottima posizione dell'hotel, niente da dire sullo staff, molto gentile e professionale, colazione più che soddisfacente. Un hotel che, nel complesso, non ha deluso le mie aspettative.

Cons:

Ciò che mi ha deluso sono state le comunicazioni con il servizio conciergerie dell'hotel; lento nel rispondere ed a occuparsi delle richieste degli ospiti. Un esempio: la richiesta formulata dal sottoscritto in merito agli spostamenti richiesti in uscita dall'hotel per trasferirmi in altra città benché recepita dall'hotel è rimasta lettera morta, nel senso che mi hanno detto che se ne sarebbero occupati ma, alla fine, si sono dimenticati di tale impegno lasciando a me l'incombenza del trasferimento; trasferimento al quale ho provveduto in modo autonomo senza il loro, promesso, aiuto. Peccato dalla catena Movenpick non me lo sarei aspettato...

Pros:

Прогнозируемый по набору услуг 5* сетевой отель. Вежлмвый и доброжелательный персонал на ресепшн.
Разнообразный завтрак.
Хороший ресторан и бар внизу.
В описании неверно указана локация, до Регистана не менее 2 км, а не 500 м

Cons:

Просили заранееэтаж повыше и окна не на дорогу, дали номер на 3 эт "с видом на парк", якобы, парк в стороне, дорога прямо под окном и гремит круглые сутки, открыть окно невозможно, а на дворе весна и все цветет.

Номер для 5* маленький, ванная комната крошечная, унитаз стоит так, что дверь снаружи открыть невозможно, если внутри человек не покалечив его. Шланг гигиенического душа лежит на полу, сам душ почему-то установлен очень низко.
Неприятно удивило, что в боксе с салфетками для лица вместо мягких салфеток лежали грубые бумажные полотенца ( как из общественного туалета), сомнительная экономия!

В женской раздевалке СПА нет фена, полотенца не пополняются и не убираются.
В итоге чистых полотеннц нет, а грязные горой лежат уже в 16.00, воду с пола тоже никто не убирает, ни в раздевалке ни у крытого бассейна - опасно, можно поскользнуться.
И это все буквально 8 и 9 марта, т е в праздники, когда обычно отели внимательнее относятся к гостям и готовят комплементы проживающим.
