je me suis senti complétement escroqué, j'ai réservé cet hotel car il était très clairement indiqué sur ma réservation qu'il disposait d'une piscine extérieure. hors la piscine extérieure n'était pas encore ouverte (bien qu'il faisait quasi 30 degrés) et la piscine intérieur n'est pas chauffée. L'hôtel n'a rien voulu savoir, malgré une photo de ma réservation qui indiquait clairement qu'il y avait une piscine extérieure accessible, ils n'ont pas voulu faire le moindre geste commercial. n'hésitez pas à signaler cet hotel à booking, il ne faut surtout pas se laisser faire avec cet établissement.

Не стоит своих денег абсолютно!

Расположение хорошее на этом все!

Cons:

Ужасно долгое заселение (работает один! Один! Админ на весь отель, в связи с чем очередь на заселение (он еще и на телефон отвечает), в итоге стоишь до посинения и ждешь … для такого уровня отеля это не допустимо! Далее цена 13000 российских рублей за стандартный номер! И это без завтрака! Завтрак еще +3500! В холле все дорого богато, на этом все! Номер самый простой, на кровате нет даже покрывала! Постельное очень плохо отглажено, ощущение что на нем уже сидели или лежали… грязь под тумбой (чужие ногти и волосы). Воды дают на двоих две маленькие бутылочки, кулера нет, далее только за деньги покупать на лобби (куда отправил ресепшн). Вода естественно там в стекле за ценник х 3. Далее лег уставший с температурой, заказ доставку лекарств через Яндекс, в итоге ресепшн категорически отказался пустить курьера или принести мне в номер (да простите когда лежишь с 38,9 самый кайф ходить встречать курьеров). Вообщем, если вам некуда девать деньги, вам сюда! Ценник абсолютно не соответствует номеру и сервису! Рядом множество приличных отелей минимум! В два раза дешевле (даже сетевые), но если вы хотите заплатить за бренд вам сюда! Я лично больше сюда точно не вернусь и друзей, кто здесь был 4 года назад, больше не слушаю-:) товарищи точно не в рынке по соотношению цена - качество! Так что если вы едите за брендом мовенпик, то знайте, его там давно нет, одно название осталось) вообщем, рекомендую по карте сетевые соседние отели, за адекватные деньги (минимум они в 2 раза дешевле!)

Pros:

Лучший из отелей, что я вообще посещал. Особенно прекрасным было отношение персонала) В отеле есть всё что нужно, и даже больше. Отель точно стоит своих денег, буду рекомендовать друзьям
