Gran staff y ubicación.
Pros:

Todo muy bien, me encantó el cuarto y lo mejor era la chica que nos hizo el check in y se encargó de llamar a un restaurante para chequear si hacían plov después del mediodía, súper simpática, predispuesta y con excelente inglés😊, no recuerdo su nombre, que lástima!

Great Swiss hotel experience at the heart of Samarkand
Pros:

Great location, nice breakfast, friendly staff (Nuriddin and Diyor were super helpful!)

Cons:

The room temperature is fixed at 26 degrees and it gets too hot (winter months) - please make this adjustable without the need to open the windows. Just a recommendation, not a big issue.

Надеемся гостиницу полностью отремонтируют как следует. Огражления в холле по всем этажам надо бы п!
Pros:

Все понравилось! Единственно ожидал, что эту гостиницу полностью отремонтировали. Везде отремонтировали, кроме коридора, где под ковролином бетон не ровным с трешинами. По этой причине чемодан тяжело ездить по ковролину. Также ограждения тоже не плохо было бы поменять.

Неплохой отель в самом центре Самарканда.
Pros:

Хороший, но немного "подуставший" отель в центре Самарканда. Отличное месторасположение, в пешей доступности "музейный квадрат" и старый "дореволюционный" город. Вполне дружелюбный персонал. Номера чистые, по площади чуть больше стандартных. Техника (ТВ, чайник, утюг, фен) в номере вполне современная и свежая. Есть возможность хранения багажа.

Cons:

Не понравился подход к клиентам в кафе в фойе гостиницы, при вполне нормальном по стоимости заказе, нам не разрешили выпить свой алкоголь (даже с условием доплаты "пробкового сбора"), при том что аналогичного по качеству в наличии у них не было. Ничем другим, кроме попытки продать свой алкоголь (который не соответствовал нашим запросам по качеству) по весьма завышенной цене, это не объяснимо.

Pros:

Останавливались в отеле в новогодние праздники, и впечатления остались самые приятные. Центральный холл был шикарно украшен — действительно очень красиво и по-праздничному, атмосфера чувствовалась с первых минут.
В номерах тепло, чисто и уютно, находиться там было комфортно. Обслуживание вежливое и доброжелательное, сотрудники оставили хорошее впечатление.
Спасибо отелю за приятный отдых и праздничное настроение!
