Superb.
Pros:

Short walking distance from the Mausoleum of TimTimur, very kind and professional staff, outdoor swimming pool open until 23:00 (!), so it could be enjoyed after a long day of sightseeing, sumptuous breakfast.

Great location, very confortable
Pros:

We had a great stay at the hotel, rooms are big and confortable, the breakfast has everything you could want. We also ordered at the restaurant a couple of times and the food was great.
We used the pool every day, very convenient and very helpfull with 40+ degrees.
It is also in a very good location in walking distance form Registan Square.

Pros:

The location is ok, some of the city attractions are on a walkable distance. The breakfast is not bad.

Cons:

First of all, the staff. They approach you calling by a wrong name. The old guy who helps with the luggage is impolite. Secondly, no one warns you the telephony in the hotel doesnt work, unless you figure it out yourself. They would then ask you to contact them via WhatsApp or Telegram, and guess what? No one will answer there. So the only way in the end is go downstairs and talk to reception whenever you need anything. Thirdly, there's no such thing as room service - when asked, they would tell you to go and check the menu at the bar... Overall the hotel is old and doesnt look fresh.

Я выражаю ОГРОМНУЮ благодарность сотрудникам отеля!!! Апплодирую стоя и бросаю цветы! 👏👏👏👏👏🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺 Очень, очень , очень понравилось проживание в отеле. Душевно встретили, как будто ждали тебя много лет и ты самый желанный гость. Мы приехали около 8 утра, и пока готовили для нас номер , нам предложили немного отдохнуть в спа комплексе. Это было замечательное предложение. Отличный номер, есть все необходимое. Кровати удобные, большой телевизор. К уборке никаких претензий. бассейн работает до 23.00 - за это просто низкий поклон! Питание - великолепно!!!!! Вкусно , сытно , аппетитно! Много фруктов. Официанты внимательны и корректно относятся к каждому гостю. Я считаю, что отель 10 из 10 баллов заслуживает. Если поеду опять в Самарканд , то однозначно снова вернусь сюда ! Спасибо отелю за прекрасно проведенный отдых!
