Pros:

Nice clean rooms, very polite and helpful staff, couple types of restaurants/bars open all the time inside the hotel, room service, sauna and pool available, pop up shop for souvenirs and silk in the lobby if you have no time for shopping in the town.

Pros:

Отель хорошо расположен, чисто и красиво, хорошие завтраки, да и вечером на ужине было вкусно.

Cons:

Я останавливалась в люксе и самый главный минус, то что в номере вообще не открываются окна. То есть номер никогда не проветривался в принципе, это ужасно. А так отель неплохой, крепкая четверка, до заявленных пяти звезд не дотягивают.

Great stay.
Pros:

All the members of staff we interacted with were wonderful. The hotel is in walking distance from all the tourist attractions.
The outdoor swimming pool and tennis court are a great bonus.

Cons:

The water in the indoor swimming pool was too cold for comfort. The sauna was not hot enough. The hinge on the door in the Turkish bath was damaged. We informed reception, so hopefully this issues will be dealt with.
