Absolutely loved our stay! The pool, sauna and gym were great to relax after walking around. The hotel room was also really comfortable and clean! Great bathroom. Super friendly staff. Location was excellent for restaurants and cafes around, 100% would come again here if I ever went back.

Очень хорошее место положение гостиницы, приятное отношение всех работников гостиницы к туристам , чистота ,номера большие и уютные, кухня просто супер, бассейн, сауна и многое другое и всё на высшем уровне. В будущем буду бронировать только в этой гостинице. Я родился в Самарканде, и в возврате 28 лет(1989г)
перехал на ПМЖ в Израиль. В июне я приехал в Самарканд с семьёй из 6 человек. После посещения Самарканда моя ( 2дочери с мужьями и моя супруга) были очарованны и восхищены красотой, гостеприимством и красотой Самарканда.

Great experience!
Pros:

Very clean hotel, with a rich and tasty breakfast. The place in the heart of Samarkand is perfect. The spa is excellent, featuring a pool, sauna, and hammam. Exceptional service and the team. They approved our late check-out for free and even called to ask if we needed more water bottles or clean towels. Highly recommend!

Pros:

The hotel was excellent in terms of location and cleanliness. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Kamila and Saodat, who helped me with many things related to trains and transportation. I would also like to thank Nuriddin for his kindness and support. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Удобное место расположения в самом центре рядом со старым городом и достопримечательностями

Cons:

Мне не понравилось что мне отказали в оплате в долларах и потребовали расплатиться в национальной валюте в переводе на доллары цена была завышена и потребовали оплаты до заезда а не в конце я считаю что это единственный минус этой гостиницы сдачи не было и на следующий день мне пришлось на эту тему говорить с новым персоналом им взяла время найти эту информацию и мне вернулись сдачу!

Неплохо кровать удобная но в таком отеле хотелось бы получить сервис получше.

Локация и отель прекрасен, завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный

Cons:

Работники отеля не профессиональны особенно фальшива улыбаясь и никак не помогающая девушка Камилла в ресепшене, мне запомнилась на долго
