Bad experience

Near to Marine Drive, prime location but the place too small and no breakfast or any other facilities than a clean room and washroom!

This is a great little hotel, the rooms are small, similar to what you would expect in Singapore. The hotel finish is very nice and it is very clean. We only needed a room overnight as we were catching a train in the morning and it is close to the station. We regularly stay in the Fort area and in other hotels of this quality but with larger rooms we pay double the room cost. Staff need some training on how to engage customers better and read customer booking requests.

Pésimo servicio, pésima habitación, pésimo baño. Toalla sucia, una sola, sábanas rotas y sucias, además no cambian cuando cambia el huesped.

this was a great surpise of location , quality and service ....shh its a great secret for any visit to Mumbai. Tlle the staff that Joe and Connie (with a wheel chair ) that we send our best . we were there earlier than this form allows but still all wonderful

Centrally located in Fort area. Although already paid, I was asked to pay at check in which was rectified. Near to shops and eateries. Allowed me to keep luggage after check out before I went to airport. Friendly staff. No housekeeping during stay at hotel.

This hotel is a gem , great location , super clean wonderful staff,lots to do within walking distance and tons of cafes,restaurants and street food close by,hotel helped organise a city tour ,but if you have the time ,most of the sites are within walking distance, we would definitely recommend this hotel

Hotel Flora Fountain is very good , neat and clean , and very safest place to stay in the heart of mumbai.Its very comfortable to saty here. I visit regularly in this place. Its a value for money more over its in a good location.

Safest location in mumbai, All near Reserve bank of India , Bombay stock Exchange and High Court of Bombay , 1 minute from flora fountain statue, safe and Clean , Good service staff .

Clean hotel. Clean room. Very good location. It’s in middle of the city shopping, chill out, Asiatic library , Bombay stock exchange ,reserve bank ok of india, high court of bombay , colaba , gate way of india , Victoria terminus , Jahangeer art gallery ,Cathedral Church . Queen Flora statue , Marine drive , fashion street all in walking distance. I enjoyed the stay with family. Good vacation.

The reception man didn’t give me the change when payment.He is not so friendly and looks like someone own him millions. The room was extremely small and no free bottle water as said when booking.it’s very noisy in the night and morning , unable to get a good sleep. What’s worse is that the hotel call on early morning to reminder me to checkout and later they ring on the door to push checkout. it was a very terrible experience in this hotel . The next day my skin get allergic after one night sleep .I would never stay here any longer.

All around bad experience. Found mould on bedroom ceiling so asked to change rooms, they were aware and didn’t care. The room I was changed into had a broken window in the bathroom, letting in mosquitoes. Rooms were not cleaned properly and were dirty, staff were lazy and a bit rude. Would not recommend. Hotel has bad vibes.

I booked a room on October 8th 2019 for 19th and 20th Jan 2019. The booking was confirmed and money was paid through a travelguru. However of 16th Jan 2019. I get a mail that the hotel is not honoring the booking and I find that the rooms a booked. Not safe to book in advance in this hotel. So cannot add more as I have a very nasty experience even before I could stay in the hotel.

We booked 2 double rooms and a "suite". NB, there are no suites, all the rooms are the size of a broom cupboard with no room to even open your suitcase on the floor. When i questioned about our booking of a suite, i was told it "had been given to someone else". There was no change in price, although we were given a small discount for cancelling the Booking.com reservation. Sheets and towels are grubby (do not on any account look at the state of the pillows inside the cases!) and the whole place was populated by strange looking young men who didn't appear to be guests. The best thing I can say about this place is that it is well situated and the a/c works.

Very nice hotel based in a great location. Just a walking distance to main railway station and to the churchgate station. Love the street food there. The hotel is very clean with hot water all the time.

Room: really small (I booked the Deluxe room, the Suite room seems little bigger), no drinkable water, no fridge, no kittle, no breakfast and noisy. The hotel looks good, it seems to been renovated, the location is also good (nearby restaurants and cafes).
