Generally a good experience and helpful staff
It is a first class hotel of the height of hospitality professionalism with warmth and efficiency.With well trained staff members who are ready to attend to guests at short notice.Especially the guest relations department staff Maureen who is concern about one's need always.Besides the hotel keep a very clean and safe environment.Security is top notch all the time.
Maureen and Musty is an excellent receptionist. She smiles and attend to me professionally. The overall impression and experience is great. They are altogether and welcoming.

I have enjoyed my extended business trip staying at the Fraser Suites Abuja. The room has very comfortable with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The WiFi has allowed seamless connectivity for work and recreation. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I mentioned a minor air conditioning problem and they solved it quickly and no follow issues. I have enjoyed many evening meals at the Gazebo restaurant. Every item on their diverse menu is very delicious and great value for money. Ebuka has been friendly and attentive from my first night ensuring I got a good meal to recover from my journey. Breakfast staff is equally friendly and quick to help with anything I need for a great start to my day.

Gym consierge Isaac, all the receptionists, gazebo staff and the kitchen staff for morning buffet made my stay fantastic. I was restricted to the hotel and they brought light to the day. With their smiling faces and small talk on the day to day basis.
The breakfast was amazing. The team were on hand to serve.
Very helpful staff. Courteous too. I only missed good movies. They should have Netflix at the very least, it was disappointing for me. I enjoyed my stay and will do it again and again.

I have stayed in fraser suites before and I can say it is amazing, I remember Favour in guest relations who was very welcoming and helpful during my stay. We had an event a few days ago and the service was as expected, excellent.
