Beautiful hotel with amazing staff in a great location in Zurich
Pros:

Very friendly employees, great breakfast included and walking distance to anything in old town Zurich

Cons:

No air conditioning and only a cooling system that struggled to cool the room

A Zurich delight!
Pros:

Lovely staff, great breakfast, convenient for station, old town, shops and etc. Good sized rooms. Accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

It’s very expensive for what it is, but that’s Zurich - not St Josef in particular.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel St. Josef. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options.

The best part of our stay was the reception team. The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. We experienced a stressful payment issue due to a Booking.com reservation and payment problem, so our stay didn’t start as smoothly as we had hoped. However, the reception staff (beautiful girls) handled the situation with great professionalism, patience, and understanding, making us feel supported throughout the process.

Their outstanding hospitality truly made a difference. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The location is wonderful!! You even have a water fountain outside in the street to refill your water bottle. Also the staff are amazing people, and breakfast was very nice. Also we were able to have a good rest, there was no noisy noise.

Great accommodation with good connectivity
Pros:

Staff was excellent, everyone from the front desk to the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable with thoughtful interiors. I liked the fact that Air Conditioner would not turn on if windows are open, a good way to conserve energy. Breakfast options were good, and location is closer to the river and the old town, and easy to reach the tram station. I would definitely consider this stay again if my budget allows.

Cons:

Everything is good, price could have been little better.

Pros:

The room was clean, nicely decorated and had an efficient air cooler. The bathroom was spatious and modern. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were offered an upgrade and we felt very welcome.
