Great location and staff! Room could have been a bit better. No AC was allowed
Pros:

Great location. Staff was extremely attentive.

Cons:

Bathroom in the room was weird. The shower was one separated by a curtain and got the whole bathroom wet. We were not allowed to use ac so we had to keep the window open and ended up with a lot of bugs in the room.

Great stay in Zurich
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Hotel St. Josef having been greeted in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival. We were appreciated being placed in a spacious, clean and well-presented room. The bed was comfortable and the included breakfast offered a variety of choices.
The hotel is in a convenient location being within walking distance to the old town and the HB station. If following map directions for the walk from the station, ignore the set of steps and walk a little further on to near the traffic lights and make use of the ramp which is less challenging with luggage.

フロントの接客がよく、荷物を持ってくれたり丁寧。
部屋からは街が見え部屋に置いてあったティーパックも美味しかった。
朝食もとても美味しい。

Prime location, great price, amazing staff, comfortable, clean.
Pros:

This hotel is a prime location in Zurich Old Town, I loved that things were so close and an easy walk to the sights, cafes and public transport. It absolutely exceeded my expectations especially as it didn't have the "city centre" price tag.

Pros:

Отлично местоположение - близо до гарата, в стария град, но на тихо място. Комфортна стая, много удобно легло, чиста баня, електлическа кана за вода. Много добра закуска. Няколко пъти съм отсядал в този хотел и съм много доволен от престоя си. Препоръчвам хотела!

A nice, comfortable and well located hotel. I'd go back to this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was well located for train station, walks along the river and general city experience. The room was clean and comfortable but it was on the top floor in the attic where I had a tendancy to bang my head off the sloped areas of the roof.

Cons:

My wife requires gluten free food and at our first breakfast this was forgotten about despite me advising the hotel 3 months in advance. This said however, the issue was swiftly rectified and our second breakfast went without a hitch.

Excelente estadia. Recomendo.
Pros:

O hotel é excelente. O quarto é ótimo, com um bom espaço, limpo e organizado. O atendimento foi muito bom, nos dando diversas dicas sobre locais para visitar e almoçar/jantar. O café da manhã é variado, com tudo muito gostoso. Por fim, a localização permite visitar os principais pontos turísticos a pé sem nenhum problema.

Cons:

Não é algo que não gostamos, mas é um ponto de atenção: apesar de ser próximo da estação de trem, o deslocamento com malas precisa ser pensado, pois tem uma pequena subida para chegar ao hotel. O hotel manda as orientações certas para percorrer o trajeto (por uma escada ou rampa), mas se estiver com malas pesadas, pode ser um pouco trabalhoso.
