Pros:

Lovely breakfast with a great variety of foods. Bedroom was very comfort with added bonus of a small settee and coffee table which was appreciated. The hotel is in a great location with only 15 mins walk from the main station, tourist attractions, cafes, shops and restaurants. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Great hotel for 2 nights in Zurich!
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping. Parking onsite. The front desk staff offered us passes to the art museum - fantastic perk! Breakfast was good, the usual fare - but, with an attentive staff keeping everything fresh and neat.

Personel hotelu jest przemiły i bardzo pomocny. Pomoc Pań recepcjonistek byłą nieoceniona w trakcie naszego wyjazdu służbowego ponieważ sprzęty koroporacyjne do komunikacji przestały działać. Co więcej 2 tygodnie po pobycie znaleziono moje dokumenty i Panie oddzwoniły do mnie z tą informacją. Bardzo Dziękuję obsłudzę hotelu i polecam hotel również ze względu na lokalizację, śniadanie pozwalające skosztować produkty spożywcze od lokalnych producentów, wzorową czystość i higinę

O café da manhã é excelente.
O quarto é muito espaçoso, a cama é muito confortável e o chuveiro maravilhoso.

Excellent breakfast. Good location close to the old town.

Cons:

Our room was a little too hot at night, even though it was winter. We tried turning the temperature down but had to resort to opening the window, and there is significant street noise.

The star of this hotel is the staff. They are warm, friendly and very attentive to the needs of their guests.

Cons:

The breakfast was great, but maybe could use a little variety now and then. Maybe a featured dish every other day., like a choice of fried eggs instead of scrambled eggs.

Perfect for a play and stay.
Pros:

Perfect location. We did two long walkabouts to see the sights! Bahnhofstraße! Sprüngli chocolates. The Wow Museum. Easy walk to the train station.

Hôtel agréable et bien placé.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement à quelques minutes à pieds de la gare. En très bon état et bien propre. Chambre moderne. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Personnel agréable et aidant, par exemple pour donner des recommandations de visites.
