Pros:

Ended two weeks in Switzerland with a few nights here. Did not disappoint! Great location with walking distance from train, adjacent to east bank and historic area, and below university. We arrived early and were given a great room overlooking the garden/terrace between their buildings [in image above]. Quiet area. Superior helpful desk and staff- they set a table for us to eat on the outdoor terrace when restaurant was closed. Wonderful breakfast with mushrooms, eggs, sausage, assorted cheeses, cold cuts, breads and great coffee machine!

Great location and staff!
Pros:

Location is fantastic, staff were very friendly and helpful. Early checkin without extra cost was a huge win. Breakfast is also very good—high quality with lots of options.

Cons:

No hot water in either room when we went to take showers. After informing the front desk they were able to adjust something and get hot water working in about an hour, but still not ideal when everyone was tired and trying to get ready for bed at the end of the day.

Just perfect!
Pros:

Great hotel with amazing and helpful staff, tasty breakfast, spotless and very affordable parking on-site! Location is just perfect - one minute from the lovely old town yet in very quiet surrounding. Thank you for your great help and making sure we felt le home!
