Чисто, уютно. Отличное расположение вблизи MRT, автобусных остановок. Все необходимое было в номере: утюг, гладильная доска, тапочки, чайник, чай, кофе, чашка, шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, зубная щетка/паста. Только ложек нет, имейте ввиду)
Desayuno fantástico. Wifi excelente. Todo muy limpio. Bien comunicado con todos sitios por medio de Grab, que cuesta una media de 10 euros para ir a Marina Bay, por ejemplo y tarda unos 15 mtos, para hacerse una idea. Zona tranquila.

Although the room was small it was fully functional. The location was good and near to the MRT.
I felt the hotel lacked warmth. It's trying to be overly cool and trendy which may suit some travellers but for me came across as quite cold and impersonal.
The rooms were noisy and any noise from outside the room woke me up. I could also hear water running through the walls. Our room was close to the elevator and we could hear the elevator chimes at all hours.
There was also a motion detector in the room that had a LED that we needed to get them to cover as it flashed everytime someone moved and again kept us awake.

Position
The rooms are extremely small - barely enough space for two people and a large suitcase, which was difficult to even keep open.
The staff was also rude. When I arrived at 7am, I asked whether early check-in was possible upon payment, and they said no, which was fair enough. We left our suitcases and went for a walk, but around 10:30am I started feeling unwell and had to return to get some medicine. Considering I had just completed a 16-hour flight and it was 36°C outside, I asked again whether any room had become available so I could lie down for a while. Before I could even finish asking, the staff basically laughed, as if they already knew what I wanted to say. It felt very unprofessional and disappointing.
Breakfast was also underwhelming due to the limited selection, poor room service, and dirty stove areas.
Another disappointing point was the towel “eco program.” There was signage in the room stating that if you chose not to replace your towels, you would receive $8 back. We decided to do this, but when we asked about it, we were told it was actually only a voucher to be used at their rooftop bar. Since we only stayed for two nights, this was completely pointless for us. More importantly, this condition was not clearly explained or stated anywhere, which felt misleading.

Fantastic location and value for money
The hotel’s location was excellent.
However, even though we booked a larger room, the rooms were extremely small and it was almost impossible to open our suitcases comfortably. The rooms were also incredibly dusty, and after just two nights we woke up with sore throats and worsened allergies.
For a room of this quality, the price was quite high. In addition, the hotel restaurant was extremely expensive. We were charged 30 dollars for a cocktail even though this was not stated on the menu.
We are not convinced that this hotel deserves a 4-star rating. Even the rooms we stayed in during our trip to Japan were much larger and more comfortable than this one.
